Sean is a professional and his staff is top notch. It's been 3 weeks since I got my PPF and it's been great. I just hand washed and waxed the car for the first time and noticed some peeling on one of my driver side mirror. Instantly e-mailed Sean about advice and he said to bring the car in and he would either fix it or redo the entire mirror. I was able to get in the next day and within an hour had a brand new wrap. I've had PPF installed a few times on my cars which are usually on the difficult side to work on. After picking up my car from Ultimate Sheild I realized I was settling for subpar work at the other places. These guys are the best of the best. My STO looks perfect. They were also very accommodating to my needs timeframe wise. They did full PPF, ceramic coat, window and windsheild tint as well as the windshield skin to prevent chips. Everything came out perfect. I have a 2010 low miles 911 which I bought new and protected with PPF. Fast forward 13 years and the original film had yellowed and detracted from the appearance. He gave me a very thorough run down on what parts of the vehicle they would be working on and was open to any additional requests.
