I hired Angelo's for carpet cleaning and air duct cleaning at my new home, I'm EXTREMELY UNHAPPY…read morewith how the services went and here is why: To begin, when they pulled into my driveway they ran over the end of my sidewalk with their vehicle and popped off one of the bricks which I now have to re-glue. Air Ducts: They began the air duct cleaning and shortly into the service they damaged one of my air ducts behind the wall, thus leaving me with a now broken airway to my powder room. The technician's equipment and large hose was shoved into my vent with no pre-examination of the sizing and now my flexible duct does not reach as it once did prior to Angelo's showing up. By shoving their equipment down improperly, they popped off the flexible duct even though it was zip tied (as it is supposed to be) and shredded it. They said they would have a manager come out to speak and review the issue that day and that never happened. Carpets: They arrived with equipment that was very different than what I was expecting. It did not appear to be commercial equipment rather something similar to what I could buy myself (like a Bissell). The carpet did get cleaned, but to me it seemed very odd that their equipment wasn't what I'm used to seeing. Several stains are still on my carpets (which I know sometimes they are very hard to remove), but most times they are able to at least be lessened. I give them a 7/10 on the carpets. I have been in contact with them about a refund and they only gave me $50 back for the 2 vents they charged me for! that they broke and weren't able to clean. Now I need to go to Home Depot and spend more $$$ to try and correct this duct problem they created. Their fine print states that they "aren't responsible for damages behind walls" which is absolutely ridiculous in my opinion. Only good thing is that they were responsive to the email complaint. DO NOT USE THEM for your air duct cleaning. I should have gone with Stanley Steamer instead and will never be using Angelo's again -- you shouldn't either.

We got our roof replaced by Bonner Master Roofing. Overall in terms of the roof alone, they seemed…read moreto have done somewhat of an okay job, there are a few bowed shingles but there have been no leaks/moisture issues. Here are a few moments we did not like. - The quote was 40% higher than every (6) other quote we got. Yes, I'm the bozo who believed they would do a better job on the roof, communication and cleanup. - They were unwilling to provide/send the presentation to us so that we could re-review it (should have been the first red flag). - The dumpster was left in our driveway for 3 more days than we were told. Who doesn't love a dumpster of trash blocking their driveway over the weekend. They did put wood blocks under the dumpster to protect the driveway which we did ask about and appreciate. - The cleanup was horrendous. We notified the company at least three times that there were nails still left scattered all over the yard. To their credit, they did come back out to clean but what a half butt job to the point we had to incur the cost of buying our own magnetic lawn sweeper. Subsequent cleanups included paper, plastic, nails (on the ground and on the roof), cigarette butts and broken shingles from the old roof. Nails were both old nails and new nails. - During the presentation we specifically asked if they used sub-contractors. They said they did not and if you go with them then you will find out what's accurate. If you are picky, hope this helps, make your own decision based off of your own experience. It was decided to go with a different company for other properties.
