This place is great!…read more For the past year I've had a granite counter top has needed to be cut, but every place I've tried to go to has been closed on Saturdays (hard to get out of work to travel to get stone cut). Finally I heard about Iib Stone from one of the wife's friends and we called to verify they were open on Saturdays; and yes they were. We took a little drive up to Suwannee this past Saturday not knowing how much it was going to cost to get the stone cut and were pleasantly surprised when it was only $10 to cut it. Others we had called said it would be between $60 and $100 for the same amount of work. That's 5 stars all the way for me! Not only will Iib cut some stone you have, but they also sale and specially cut granite, marble, etc to fit your needs. If I'm ever building or remodeling I'll call Iib for my stone and stone cutting needs.

He was friendly, professional and extremely patient as we had to quickly remove the tile. He gave us some tips and came back the next day to measure. This is a family owned business and I would highly recommend working with them. We are grateful to have had his expertise during our remodeling process.

We were very unhappy with both the process and the results of our two-bathroom renovation. No…read moresupervisor was present to coordinate the crew or oversee the work, so we came home to find mistakes daily: they installed the wrong bead board, reinstalled the old medicine cabinet rather than the new one, didn't measure for wall switches, painted the windows shut, re-installed a clearly broken electrical outlet and didn't bother to sand, leaving rough edges as trim. Aside from the mistakes, the lack of supervision meant crews operated at unpredictable times without notice (nights, weekends) and were very disrespectful of our home. They used our bed as a staging area for drywall, stored hardware on our glass picture frames and used an electric saw on our couch to cut tile. They left a mess inside every day and piles of trash outside every evening. Despite repeated requests to clean up the construction debris, no one would pick it up and we had to take it to the landfill ourselves. Each crew blamed the other for the problems so I had to contact each crew to find out how to fix the other's problems. I wondered why we even hired a contractor if we had to do this ourselves. The bright spot was Taylor the plumber, who was prompt, friendly and detail-oriented. Otherwise, we were disappointed start to finish.

Chris runs a very professional operation--the team was always on time, kept me updated, and was incredibly respectful of my space. They actually went beyond what I originally requested, showing a level of care you just don't see much anymore. Most importantly for me, the cleanup was superb. They left the house spotless. This will be my only choice for a contractor for all my future projects as well. I had such an amazing experience and I want to thank Atlanta cabinets and coating for transforming my kitchen. Worst experience I have ever had with a contractor! I hired them to paint and reface my kitchen…read morewith new shaker style doors. They measured my kitchen cabinets in October, and then started the project on December 6th. The painting of my existing cabinets took a week and went fine. They started hanging the new doors the following week. Unfortunately, the door fronts were all too small, leaving gaps between the doors and the side panels were all too small as well. The project manager who was assigned to our job, Chris, assured us on three occasions that he would make it right. He planned to change the hinges to see if that would help "close the gaps" and he would reorder doors if we were still unhappy with the outcome. They also didn't order all of my doors or any of the glass that was on my original estimate, so I was left with a few open cabinets through the holidays. The last we heard from Chris was prior to the holidays. My husband and I both left messages for the owner, Jerry Marshall, and he never returned either of our calls or text messages. He screens his calls with some robo-call software. I guess that should have been my first red flag!!! My husband spoke to the previous owner of this company a couple of weeks ago who said he would make sure this was handled. He as actually the one who came to my house first and did the estimate, followed my Jerry a week later. It's been a parade of people and I am just blown away by the unprofessionalism and disrespect. Do yourself a favor and FIND ANOTHER CONTRACTOR if you're thinking about using these guys. I am moving on with a new contractor who is also blown away at the poor craftsmanship I was left with :(

We were promised that once we gave them the deposit we would be put on the schedule. We gave them the deposit in the form of a cashier's check (around $7200), and they were supposed to start no later than mid-July. They didn't start and we couldn't reach them by phone, text, or email. I finally sent them a text message and an email stating that we wanted a full refund by Friday by cashier's check or we would get a lawyer. On Friday we got an email saying that they'd had a problem with their program crashing but that they would have their accountant mail us a check. We haven't been able to contact them since then.
