As I write this, it's raining ... and water is gushing over the edge. That never happened with my old system. I'm now forced to hire a reputable installer to start over. Despite repeated assurances, the manager never came to assess the work himself ... only sent different crew members, none of whom resolved the issues. That kind of hands-off leadership speaks volumes. I gave them every opportunity to make this right. They didn't. I'm leaving this review as a warning: This company cost me time, money, and months of stress. Choose wisely.

The owner rearranged his schedule in order to get to me by early afternoon. He was clear and professional. We agreed to partner up; he'd get the siding and shingles, I'd get the paint. My roof was in rough shape. I expected him to pitch me a new roof, but he's too honest for that.
