Poor craftsmanship- 12 posts with cement were cut the wrong size for the project which the company had to replace. 4. Excessive landscape damage- Owner had to replace 2 trees and have a landscaper repair damage to our lawn. 5. Reckless work - Digging over top of a utility line. 6. Poor supervision- Foreman rarely there leading to miscut posts. 7. Deceptive trade practices- told us they could build us an 8' fence with 2 feet of lattice which would satisfy the city land use people. This turned out to be totally false. We could have had to tear the fence down had we not checked into it more with the city. 8. Lack of responsibility- Not once did the company admit they had made any mistakes and say they were ever sorry for the inconvenience. They blamed us for everything and are still doing so by slandering us to the neighbors. When we pointed out the mistake they made with the posts, they were lightning fast to bail on the job.
