My availability had changed and Lilly was accommodating. I contacted her when I was back home. When she was close she called and I met her downstairs from my apartment. Lilly was able to program a new key fob for my vehicle. I verified it works. She did let me know prior to starting that the key fob would likely not look the same. It was fine with me as long as it works. I tested the key fob and it locks, unlocks, and starts my vehicle. Lilly was friendly and patient and I would use this service again. From quote to work completion was less than 24 hours. For comparison, I've been trying to get another company to do this for weeks. What I appreciated the most was clear communication, lots of availability, a friendly service. Thank you, Alpha Locksmith and Lilly!

I sought out several estimates and chose to hire this company to work on my automatic swing gate that had been inoperable for several years. Gio estimate for my job was extremely reasonable. Accepting the invoice and scheduling the job was quick and painless When I called to ask questions Gio was the one I spoke to every time. He answered all my questions about the estimate. He was always kind, understanding and professional each time and I called quite a few times with questions. If he couldn't get my call the first time he would call right back, even without me leaving a message. Day 1 - Gio arrived at my property on time and after going over the job with me his crew got right to work. I appreciate that Gio wore a face mask at all times when discussing the job with me. He briefed his crew and left them to work. He'd be be back to go over their work. The crew knew exactly what they were doing and didn't waste any time getting started with pulling off the doors and removing the inoperable arms and old system. Everyone was very respectful of me and my property while they were here on the job. My swing Gate was working again in two days, as promised. All tools and materials were picked up and disposed of plus anything that was disturbed/moved in my yard was put back as they found it. At the end of day 2 (mid day) Gio came back to go over the job with me and show me the new system and how it works (again he wore a mask as did I). He answered all my questions, collected payment and then was on his way. Couldn't have been easier truly wish I had done this years ago. Happy to have my gate working again

The two Workman were nice and very polite. Usually on time However they did not pay attention to details and preparation before painting. Furniture was covered but areas that should be protected from the ceiling and wall paint were not sufficiently masked off or protected from paint splatter. Two areas on the living room carpeting had good size paint drops and looked as if the workers tried to clean the area but what ever they used, left the carpet discolored . There should have been better protection while painting. Also some ceiling paint splatter on pleated shades. Again they did not protect the area. One hard wood floor vent had paint drips in between the grates. Home owner was able to remove it with efforts. Business owner apologized for the incomplete dry wall repair and said he would send a different crew to fix. He Apologized for the carpet spots with no solution. Our advice is to instruct his crew to pay more attention to protecting the home owners areas that aren't part of the work they are hired for and to detail work around moldings, doorways , windows and fixtures. We had only one area of white woodwork that was painted, the stair railing. Result was satisfactory but not as well done as previous areas in the past. Homeowner chose not to have any other woodwork painted and is satisfied with that choice. The home owner was very prepared prior for the job to start, having moved furniture, light fixtures, wall electrical plates, drapes and obvious obstructions before the workers arrived. This handyman was chosen because he could provide both dry wall repair and painting. His bid for the job was fair but the completed overall work by his crew was below average more due to the painting including lack of care in the preparation and detailing. We are left to do lots of touch up areas around moldings, window and door casings, in the rooms that were painted.
