So they didn't send us more jobs and we have been charged 2 years in a row for $200 or $250 yearly subscription that we couldn't cancel and no job were provided so basically they took what earned from our work. He was at our house for an hour to diagnose the problem and said that he was going to document the cost of parts and labor to the home warranty company and that he would be back out with the parts to fix it. That was 2 months ago. I called the home warranty company and like the other review, he told the warranty company that he ordered the wrong part and was waiting for the correct part to come. He will not answer phone calls or texts. The home warranty company is now going to reassign another technician to get our repairs made since they were unable to get ahold of him as well. I had noticed moss growing on the roof right outside our second story window and thought "well that…read morecan't be good". Coming from a place where it doesn't rain 9 out of 12 months I had to educate myself a little about this subject. Thinking about it now it was probably not that ideal season to get this done however I didn't think about that at the time. Bridge City Soft Wash was one of the first companies that popped up on Yelp when I did a search for "roof moss removal". Google had provided what a cleaning and treating would cost so that's pretty much all I had to go for in terms of what to expect. I send a message through Yelp and provided what I wanted to get done and hoped for the best. David responded really quickly and even told me he could be out the next day to take care of the roof, which was on a Sunday too. The price he quoted was what I was expecting to pay so why delay it, I said "see you tomorrow!". David showed up and proceeded to clean and treat the roof. Took about an hour to and hour and a half. I can't really say how good the job was since 95% of the job is on the second story so it's not something I can see but I could hear him using the brush around the roof while he was here so I have no reason to doubt the quality of the job done. He even offers a 1 year warranty on his work so that just gives a little bonus on top of everything. Overall, really satisfied with David and Bridge City Soft Wash and I'd recommend him to anyone needing the services he can provide.

Working with Jose, you'll very quickly realize how honest he is. My home was built in 1902, so there were obviously some challenges. Jose would contact me, discuss the issue, and offer several IN CODE options. He impressed me with his knowledge of county and state codes. Again, HONESTY!! His quote was one of best I received, but I still would have chosen his company, due to the way he presents himself. I found myself at home with some health issues on some days while they worked, and to be honest, it was very amusing, and relaxing for me. I would hear the music playing, and one of his crew members would suddenly break out singing to the song that was playing. Things like that showed that they were enjoying life, just working away, and happy. I also asked Jose to quote a roof for my house. Again, he was THE ONLY guy to actually get on my roof and measure things. I could hear him stomping around, checking the integrity of the plywood. No one else even got up there. So, if you want an honest, hard working construction team, these are the guys to contact!! Jose also has some fantastic referrals for the work he doesn't do.
