They then proceed to work on the WRONG SIDE OF THE BIKE WITHOUT MY APPROVAL. Did not fix anything on that side of the bike but demanded payment because of the labour. They must be falling on financial troubles to pull this type of bs on their customers and most customers probably don't know any better. I will admit they did fix exactly what I told them to but did more "labour" to the opposite side of the bike to scam me. I refused to pay for a while as I did not agree to this and they did not ask for consent before proceeding. They held my bike and said they would destroy my credit and charge me for storage fees. A few weeks later I paid because I thought they would tamper with my bike. I wouldnt put it past them due to the horror stories I've heard from friends and some of their prior customers. I would highly reccomend to stay far away from this shop.

I do not recommend taking your motorcycle here for service, nor do I recommend going there for any of your moto retail needs. I've been an apprentice mechanic at Modern Motorcycling, Trev Deeley, and International Classic Motorcycles (All in BC) and never once have I seen a service tech, retail employee or management treat anyone in this way.
