I came back inside 10 minutes before my laundro cleaning cycle would end as i saw many people were finishing and leaving so i had the space to sit. i walked into an older women worker with short blonde hair screaming at me about how unbelieveable i am that i left and allowed my machine flood and she had to fix it and clean up my mess. i profusely apologized and explained that i did stay to make sure and unfortunately there was no room and i felt it would be safer for me to stay in my car and she continued to degrade me and talk about me ignorantly to other customers and i never felt more humiliated in my life. i will not be coming back. extremely disappointing that a mistake that i apologized for was taken to that level. she was unpleasant the first time i came as well. very disappointing

The ones I had been directed to all seemed to have an "attitude" and frankly that is a huge turnoff. I know some folks like to get sneared at when they go to do business with people but I want the smiles and kind conversation that the owners of CUSTOM CLEANERS offer. This is a classic dry cleaning establishment. It has that 20th century feel here in the 21st century but if I am going to get my clothes professionally cleaned I like the care from the past rather than the rush and push of the new. I loved the fact that the owner took an interest in the shirt I was wearing from Liberia. She asked me about the mission work of my church with that African nation ... she was willing to engage with me in conversation before we both went back to our days. The cleaning and pressing work SUPERB ... the good neighbor feel from both owners when I dropped off my clothes and picked them up was heart warming. I will be back!!!

I needed to have a mans shirt dry cleaned & a couple simple alterations on a couple pants. As soon as I walked in I was greeted so nicely by the both ladies working. They were so cute! Made me feel very welcomed. The location of store is very easily visible from the street & there's plenty of parking. Their fees are a little on the high side for the cleaning. The dried cleaned shirt is $4.95 while the bigger dry cleaners a few blocks next door charge $2.95 but they don't do alterations. So I decided to make it a 1 stop deal. The alterations were very fairly priced. What a like about these cleaners is that they use all organic cleaning materials. If you suffer from allergies, this might be a place for you instead of going to a place that uses the chemicals that might bother you. Sometimes it's worth paying a little more so in the end you "pay for it" less.
