Super clean machines and a well-kept interior made for a great experience…read more  I used a medium load washer for $5.75, which took about 35 minutes. Payment was easy with Apple Pay through AirWallet. Laundry supplies available for purchase but most customers brought their own. The owner was very kind and helpful, answering my questions and clearly takes great pride in creating a welcoming, clean, and safe environment. The quiet residential neighborhood nearby made it easy to enjoy a walk while waiting for my laundry to finish. Highly recommend if you're in need of laundry service!

I…read moreinformed her that the machine wasn't filling up with water like it should, she said the maintenance guy had just left 5 minute prior and I basically had to wait it out. Understood. All my clothes were then in the dryer about to finish drying and my clothes still weren't finish. I went to speak with her and inform her and see what we can do in the meantime. Another gentleman was present and I told him the situation and she sat there and acted dumb like I didn't tell her prior that the machine was messed up. Fast forward to last night, me and my boyfriend were washing our clothes, it was about 8-815pm and it's summer time mind you, she's sick coughing all over the place not wearing a mask, she turned off all the tvs, turns off the air, closes all the doors and there were still customers. We were sweating like dogs. I want to love this place but they need to send her to customer service school.

My wife and I have been looking for a clean well run local laundromat with new machines and that is operated by a great management team, we found it at Clean Laundry! When we entered this laundromat we were impressed by the number and quality of the machines available for use, how clean and well organized this laundromat is and we had the pleasure of meeting, David the owner. David was very kind and hospitable and showed us around this beautiful laundromat. When you need to do your laundry this is your best choice! We are very happy we did!

Since they only have a regular sewing machine he advised that I go to the alteration place around the corner to get my bridesmaid dress hemmed but he could restitch my skirt and dress. I appreciated that he encouraged me to go elsewhere rather than just taking my money to not do a good job. If you need a fancy piece altered, I'd go elsewhere! They offered to dry clean my clothes after they altered them so I had them clean my dress. Very quick turn around time! They were able to alter my 2 pieces and dry clean my dress by the date he said it would be done (only 5 days - Sat till Wed). They didn't call me to confirm they were done so just show up on the day they say it will be done. To get 2 pieces altered and 1 piece dry cleaned the total cost was only $29.99. Very cheap and worth it! The only disappointment was the stitch color that he used is different than the color of my dress so you can see it a little. You really have to look closely to notice so I'm happy with the work done.

*** Cash only ***…read more Fluff & Fold Coin Laundry is one of more conveniently located laundromat in Torrance given (1) Del Amo Fashion Center is located just a block away and (2) many apartments in Torrance are located within 2 miles of this laundromat. [Parking]: Free and easy strip mall parking. [Amenity]: Restroom is available, but user must insert one quarter to use it. Soap/bleach/softener dispenser is not working. There's only one TV and it was playing local ABC news. I also spotted gum ball machines and a massage chair. [Washing machines]: ALL machines only accept quarters (no electronic payment) and the laundromat has functional change machines. For triple load washer, the maximum capacity is 35 lbs & $5.25 for 36-minute cold wash. Last wash ends at 7:30 PM. [Drying machines]: Just like washing machines, all drying machines only take quarters. User must first fill up each drying machine, insert a quarter, select a temperature (high, perm press, and low), and then the door will close due to suction (no clicking sound when door is closed). $0.25 for a 8-minute session. [Fluff and fold]: For clothes it's $1.75 per pound ($13 minimum). For comforters and blankets = $18 each for under 5 lbs, $21 each for 5 lbs to 7 lbs, and $24 each for 7 lbs to 10 lbs (?). [Conclusion]: Quarter-only & outdated machines, out of service soap/bleach/softener dispenser, drying machines lock by suction, early last wash ending time, and restroom not free - honestly I would only come back here again as the last resort.

Their customer service, as reflected by the reviews, is outstanding. I also realize that prices have crept up here over the years, higher than other local dry cleaners. On top of that, I recently caught a major overcharge on my receipt that I had to bring to their attention myself to get fixed. Also, I was disappointed that they did not apologize for the mistake.
