He was really focused on what we wanted and when we test drove both carts, he let us have time and space alone, without us asking to talk things over and decide what we wanted. This no pressure was much appreciated! When we came a couple of days later to pick up the cart, everything was ready including a couple of reflectors that my husband mentioned he would like on the cart. Dale was polishing the cart when we walked in, went over everything and loaded the cart on the trailer for us himself. We loved everything about this experience. I called and had them pick up my cart because it was making a "grinding" sound in the back end. I told them it sounded like the brakes were dragging. Fast forward 2 months later, Giant told me I needed a new motor. Not knowing the ins and outs of golf carts, I asked them is this going to take care of the noise? I was told yes, and it would be around $1600. After putting in the new motor I received a call saying it didn't take care of the noise and that I would need to spend another $2000. To get the rear end replace. I didn't really need a new motor and the reason they thought it did is because they hadn't plugged it in the whole time and it wouldn't run. After going back and forth with them, I had them install my old motor and just return it to me. When I got it is was in a bigger mess than when I took it in. None of my lights worked, the wiring harness was not secured, they had used the wrong bolts that didn't fit, and I have a couple of covers missing. I had another place look at my cart. They had it fixed in 3.5 hours, including fixed the problems left by Giant and were a 3rd of the cost.

THEY IGNORED THEIR OWN INSPECTION REPORT proving my side mirror wasn't broken and was flapping around. They insisted I sent it there like that. Any driver would have noted it in their inspection paperwork and it IS NOT MARKED because it wasn't broken. Stay far far away and I have plenty of documentation if anyone wants to reach out to me. These guys are terrible. Danielle, Matthew , and Richard are 3 dingbats and unable to take accountability for a CHEAP PART that I could care less about.
