But the star of the meal was the Mulberry Chicken sandwich, chicken cutlet, fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, arugula, prosciutto, roasted sweet peppers, and balsamic glaze on a 12" hero. My husband has eaten more sandwiches than most people will in a lifetime, including years in Charleston and San Francisco, both legitimate food cities. He ranks this one in his all-time top 5. I definitely DO NOT recommend this restaurant. My family and I ordered pizzas and a sandwich with lots of ranch. (I Emphasized on wanting lots of ranch.) We received 2 small cups of Ranch... We ordered for delivery and the wait time was 45 minutes to an hour. (Our hotel was 1 mile away) The restaurant had called us twice and we missed their calls, as soon as we realized this we called back and they were extremely rude. The worker made sure that we knew to "answer your phone if your delivery driver calls again!" In a very rude manner. So shortly after we went to the lobby and he called again he started yelling over the phone "I don't see anyone in the lobby are you SURE you know where you are?" I was taken back. He continues to yell "MA'AM ARE YOU SURE YOU KNOW WHERE YOU ARE?!" Then I explain I know where I'm at and he sees us and starts to calm down. He then hangs the phone up and comes in with our food. He gave us incorrect change before he left in a hurry. The food was decent but for what my family and I had to deal with it was overall not worth it. I do NOT recommend because of the unfriendly staff. Only giving one star because you have to give some sort of rating to submit the review. It's a 0 out of 5 for me personally. read more

Ordered 2 large pizza's and a sandwich. The food was okay, I've definetly had better. The lady on the phone was pretty rude. Ordered it for delivery and the delivery driver was terribly rude and needs to understand the importance of the customer. My experience with UCP wasn't pleasant. I wouldn't recommend delivery, never been inside the establishment at all so I'm not sure how the service would be but since the lady on the phone was pretty rude and delivery driver was I'm sure it would be about the same all around. I'd recommend going somewhere else besides here. Management, have a meeting with your employees and express the importance of keeping the customer happy and how customers are the reason you stay in business. Does Ultimate California Pizza support white race hate? Friday evening, Aug 06, 2021 I was with my date at the Ultimate California Pizza, Market Commons, Myrtle Beach SC. When a black woman wearing a black Panthers, T-shirt walked in. This was not about the movie of a similar name. This t-shirt represented the race hating group. Then the woman went in the back, changed shirts and was waiting tables. I'm white so I was put off thinking my pizza could have been spit on or some other atrocity, while being prepared. Does UCP really support race hating groups? Why else would they allow employees to wear race hate clothing to work, in front of customers. read more

We were all very disappointed. The menu made the pizzas sound like something really special but they were not even ordinary. I ordered the white pizza and it could not have had even half of the cheeses on it they said it would and it was too brown and ruined what cheeses were on it.
