We tried this place out after staying at Cherry Grove for years in July. Idk what took me so long to find a TRUUEEE NY PIZZA joint. Slices are ready in the window, people are friendly and working hard and the place smells like heaven when ya walk in. Everyone that came in while we waited looked like regulars. I took pics of the 2 pies we got to go (to have plenty of leftovers) but I devoured the white slice they had in the window on the way back. I can't wait until next year. Seriously, I don't live near good pizza anymore and this was a treat. If you like NY pizza dough, they have the sauce and dough down. They also have Sicilian thick if that's your thing. read more

I've been here several times and the pizza is excellent but today I want to focus on the customer service! I ordered a 'meat lovers' pizza for take out! When I got there they'd mistaken my order for a cheese pizza! They were extremely apologetic! They offered to make a new one if I'd wait 10-15 minutes! They only charged me for a cheese pizza instead and also offered me a drink from the cooler (which I didn't take)! Hey, we all make mistakes and stuff happens but they owned it and made it right! Guess you have to want tough crust & very few toppings to enjoy this pizza. Even our grandsons that eat anything said this was the worse pizza they ever had & asked us nicely not to get it again. Moved to the area over a year ago and have not found a good pizza place after trying nearly a dozen shops, until now... The pizza was big and perfectly cooked, crispy crust without being crunchy. Plenty of perfectly seasoned sauce, not sweet at all. Flavorful pepperoni that was not too greasy. Salad was large and fresh, balsamic dressing was flavorful but not overpowering. Order of garlic knots were well cooked and seasoned, the dipping sauce was great. All for less than $50 with tip, we will definitely be back! read more

The owner used to make pizza in a great pizzeria in my home town in Bay Shore, NY before he decided to relocate to the Carolinas and open his own pizzeria in Little River. I travel from Sunset Beach all the time to pick up pizza for my wife and I. This is the only pizza joint I know that offers pizza by the slice all day long! Not just cheese, or pepperoni, but all the styles! I haven't had pizza this good since I moved here 25 years ago. Cutty's is a no-nonsense family pizza place that knows how to make great pizza dough. It's got just enough chew and crunch to make eating a slice an enjoyable experience. Sauce is not too sweet and has good flavor. Toppings are fresh. We've had carry out pizza from here twice and both time they were really good, but I think it will really shine when eaten right out of the oven so next time we'll eat in.
