So I yelped and found this one. There were 5 of us in the waiting room but we got in very quick and everyone was very attentive. I'm thinking I'll just make an appt then. They proceed to tell me I can come in but they are no longer accepting insurance it is now a cash pay clinic only and the visit will be $130 out of pocket. My copay is only $20 with insurance so it's enough of a difference that I am going to have to find a new physician. Very bummed that nothing was sent to patients to notify them of the changes.

I asked for a partial refund not even a full refund and my request was denied even though the Dr agreed my results were very very mild. so I just left with no results and $5000 down the drain. I've lost 47lbs and the program, plus sense of community from the meetings has made it that much more doable. I recommend the meetings- I was 26 when I joined and thought I was way too cool for them. As much as I thought I knew it all, and I did already know a lot (like eat more fruit and vegetables), I would still gain skills or ideas to tactfully help me lose for the next week, with motivation and willpower... Sometimes I go to the meetings twice a week if I need and extra boost :)

I have been in treatment now for just over a month and I can say I notice a huge difference.
