The massage with May was fantastic. Most Swedish massages are too hard for me, but she has a soft, relaxing technique. I almost fell asleep on the chair, which is the biggest compliment I can give! She checked and said none of them was reserved, but she did see the messages in their system. I was soooo upset! You have no idea how badly I wanted to get a massage today and they had my hopes up, I've been waiting to get an appointment. I was so embarrassed and upset, but didn't show it to the receptionist because it was pointless to get mad when they couldn't even fix their mistake! The male masseuse made me feel uncomfortable, mentioned that the solution to my problems were to marry a masseuse and when I mentioned I'm in a relationship he mentioned him giving me foot massages . I then left the massage early (20 minutes into the massage) and I spoke to the lady at the front desk who was very sweet and understanding, and told me that I am scheduled the following week for a regular two hour massage with Holly. I left feeling better that a place was so understanding excited for my massage with Holly the following week. I then received a call from one of the owners the following day while at work stating that she was sorry about my experience but she was asking if she could charge 55 dollars for my massage with the male masseuse who thought I had just left to the restroom. I did not feel comfortable going back and explaining the scenario to the masseuse, I had thought that my experience with the front office staff was sufficient. I then told the owner I have no problem pls charge me 60 and I will not be returning to this massage spa. This is a place supposedly run by women, I was expecting greater understanding and care rather than immediately pivoting to the charge. As a regular customer as well, I was shocked especially I explained the entire sequence of events over the phone . Very disappointed.
