This salon is amazing!! My 11 year old granddaughter has very long and very, very curly hair with frizz. We came to the Salon and Autumn was her stylist. She washed her hair and began brushing out the knots and tangles. And there were lots of those!! Then the blow drying began. Some of the other stylists grabbed another dryer and started on the other side when they had a few minutes. Then came out the flat iron. And Susie really helped too. Been coming here for 2 years and officially never going again I went in for a BANG TRIM and was completely fucked over the person doing mg hair is gayane Gofman I showed her two photos as inspo one of them being me 2 years ago yet she completely went in a whole different direction and gave me a horrible cut. I wanted a pick me up after I had been wanting them again for awhile I still tried giving it the benefit of the doubt and style them differently at home and absolutely not in all levels it's bad. Management does not care for its customers owner of the business won't even talk to you I went in today to talk to someone at least I was given dumb solutions that are beyond offensive 1. Get them trimmed even shorter 2. Let my hair grow for 2 weeks then go back for a trim and ON THEM or 3. See what a different stylist advice is and how to go about the horrible cut I wanted to see what another person would tell me how to fix it instead I was given a lesson on how to blow dry my bangs EXCUSE ME WHAT are we serious ik how to style my hair ik how to blow dry it I didn't ask for a damn lesson what's even more funny is her asking my age and saying I'm young I'll be fine I'm beyond disgusted on how I was treated again. I lose large amounts of hair hence I'm sick have been for awhile my hair isn't like everyone's and to be told I'm young I'll be fine is crazy I'm a actor I take care of my image for a reason. I left crying I asked for refund and I understand the original stylist had to give me my money back but now here comes the problem the lady who gave me hair lesson asks what I paid I said $15 she goes I'll give it to you the reception's even said no and was shocked i was basically given that money out of here take it and leave that's how this entire thing felt. I haven't dyed my hair since 2019 and was nervous about trying a new hair stylist. I looked at Nasims Instagram account and loved the work I saw so made the jump to get a balayage. Went in for a consultation before my appointment and during my visit Nasim answered all my concerns about my hair. I put all my trust in her and love results. She's definitely a perfectionist and took her time. After her not liking the first toner she wanted to add another one and I said go for it. She puts a lot of time and concentration in what she does. Every stylist can tone and cut hair but getting a balayage is a whole different ball game. CHOOSE YOUR HAIR STYLIST WISELY!!! I've been coming to this salon for a while now, my stylist WAS Heather Rein. Heather usually tones my hair brown. However, this time I wanted to go a little lighter.......so I decided to do a subtle balayage with face framing pieces and a cut. .....and I got ORANGE hair!!! This was upsetting and disappointing. I've worked soooo hard to keep my hair healthy and now my hair is extremely damaged and uneven!! I had to pay an extra $250 to correct the damages to my hair somewhere else. Anyway, I kindly reached out to Heather asking her for a full refund because I was unhappy with my hair. Sophie did a beautiful job on my nails as well as my mother's nails. Sophie is a wonderful artist. Her people skills are awful. As for her assistant, she doesn't read messages fully. She abruptly and, for no apparent reason, canceled my next 2 appointments I have been patiently waiting for over a month. Then she blocks me after sending me notice of the canceled appointments. Niether of them communicate in anything but texting, which leads to misunderstandings, and then they cancel and accuse the client of lies. I text Laura yesterday and she was able to fit me in at 9:15 this morning. I brought in a picture of how I wanted mine cut and she delivered. My ends were pretty damaged she had to take a couple inches off, but it's so healthy looking now. The salon is beautiful and huge. They offer every kind of service you could need here. Updating after I spoke to the stylist. She reached out but she was rude and unprofessional. She gaslighted me and tried to make things my fault. Then accused me of harassing her when I said I did not feel comfortable going back after her attitude and what she already did to my hair. I was shocked by how she talked to me and brought up stuff I had talked to her about at my appt. I love how "professional" she is by laughing at my review too. Smh read more
