I was planning a special birthday experience, and unlike other places that can feel rushed or dismissive, they actually seemed excited to help me put everything together perfectly. Every detail was handled so thoughtfully. I even brought my own customized bottle and asked the front desk to have it chilled for us poolside--and they executed it flawlessly. When we got to the pool, they already knew exactly who it was for. I even showed them a quick note on my phone, and they caught on instantly. That level of attentiveness really stood out. We booked a couples massage, and it was absolutely amazing. The room itself was beautiful, calming, and honestly unreal. The entire facility--from the locker rooms to the sauna, steam room, and showers--was spotless. It's one of those places where you actually enjoy taking your time getting ready because everything feels so clean and luxurious. We spent the day relaxing, enjoying breakfast and lunch by the pool, swimming, using the steam room and sauna, and just fully unwinding. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and experience. Sandwiches are small but tasty. Problem is if they are busy, chaos ensues. From managers shouting orders to their staff to really not having a designated place for pick up. There s a sign but they should maybe think about putting a designated cubby so customers can pick up their orders instead of having to catch someone 's attention for assistance. read more

Batel is one of the Spa's therapist and she is unique... not only is she professional and an expert at her job, but she has the extra quality that is rarely found in massage therapists and that is the ability to center and focus exactly on what is ailing me or the part of my body that needs the most care... We went here on a little day trip and it was amazing! The massage I had was the best I've ever had and the interior is so relaxing and they had everything we needed. My only negative was one of the workers that was off the clock let many of her family members/friends into the pool area where they took up many of the chairs and the space in the hot tub. At one point they also tried to get inside by using the code the worker knew but a worker stopped them. Many of these family members were younger as well and were pretty loud outside. Overall amazing and would come back but would appreciate if it wasn't open to children/people who did not pay for the facilities. read more

My goodness I had quite the experience I got there about 9:30 AM. They open at 9 AM in that time. I was able to use the gym hang out in the meditation area, the resting area and had all the vibes then I got the best 80 minute stone massage Which was phenomenal. I felt like a queen pampered then I used the sauna and the steam room then I took a nice break by the pool ordered food, which I had the main Mediterranean Greek wrap which was fabulous delicious then I drank a club soda lime juice tequila, which was made perfectly. They also gave me a complementary mimosa when I got there. This was all the vibes and I definitely got to treat myself this day. I was invited here for a birthday celebration and this place is just beautiful. I got the regular 60min massage and the massage specialist was great. She focused on the areas I suggested and I felt very relaxed during and after my service. The relaxation area and the facility itself is very clean and there is always someone around to assist you. It was a big plus for me that they had special pillows for comfort during the massage. I also want to add that they have a pool area that serves food and the property is just beautiful. From the moment you walk in, the experience is top-tier. They greet you with mimosas at the front, which is such a nice touch, and then walk you to the back to give you your locker. The entire space is incredibly clean, calm, and beautifully designed. The amenities are fantastic! They have a steam room, a hot sauna, and spotless showers. One of my favorite things is that you can go outside to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi--it's such a relaxing spot to lounge. I always make sure to spend time there and order some food before my treatment. And of course, the massages have been great every time! The therapists are skilled and truly make the experience even more special. I highly recommend arriving well before your massage to take advantage of everything they offer. First of all the grounds are beautiful. Located at the Westlake Village Inn Spa Relais is heaven. It's clean, spacious and relaxing. They have an outside pool and jacuzzi. The pool is so inviting, feels like you are on a trip someplace in the Mediterranean. They offer poolside service serving food and drinks. The cocktails are amazing and the food is delicious. After relaxing by the pool for a few hours I went into the steam room and the sauna for more relaxation. Then followed by the best shower and the massage that relaxed my whole body and mind. A much needed break from my crazy busy and stressful life. My mom and sister came along this time and they absolutely loved it. We decided to make it a tradition to come here together once a year. My experience at Relais Spa was just amazing! I experienced the most relaxing massage with a highly skilled therapist. The experience led me to return for a facial that was equally impressive. Even before I reached the front door, the aroma of the spa met me with music already setting the tone of what was to come. The staff was very attentive and walked me through every part of the spa helping me feel comfortable. I took advantage of the amenities and there are many! I recommend taking advantage of getting there a little early so you can enjoy the sauna's both wet and dry prior to stepping into your service. I loved the meditation rooms that had relaxing headsets available. I lounged on the couches reading and sipping on tea which was a perfect way to wait to be called to the service. Had an opportunity to eat lunch and enjoy the complete atmosphere outside as well as in. But the beauty of the spa I would say is the staff and all the little surprises along the way which I will leave off here so you can enjoy it yourself. They thought of everything... even the way they end your service with your robe, warmed up ready for you. It is so immaculate and so relaxing to have every little need met. My massage was horrible. I ordered a relaxing massage, told the therapist about a shoulder injury and for some reason she focused a lot on the other shoulder that it caused pain there too! When I would tell her it was tender, there would be a delay in pressure change because of a language barrier. The therapist didn't understand that my shoulder pain developed as a result of her massage. She kept saying shoulder pain from computer work and stress. Told the front desk about it on checkout and all they offered was a discount. I left the spa more stressed and in pain. For an upscale spa, the therapists should be able to comprehend basic massage feedback and ensure you don't leave upset. It's day 5 after the massage and still in pain and my shoulder makes cracking noises with movement . I understand deep tissue massages (which is not what I ordered!) can cause soreness for up to a few days but never like this. read more
