She went to CVS and they did it no problem. Apparently Walgreens don't employ enough people. They need to advertise passport photos are contingent upon their ability to do so at the time.

The scents were strong, really strong, and co-mingled to the point of confusion. I noticed variability in the bottles of liquid hand soaps. Some were clear, others cloudy and some had rings of solids at the top, all within the same product. I asked about this, and the clerk said that some ingredients settle out and you just have to shake them up again. Hmmmm. That sounded like a formulation problem. But I wanted to try a bottle and found a scent that was not too overwhelming. But they didn't have it, so the clerk said she would make one up for me. It took only a few minutes and the soap went from clear to cloudy. She said it would clear up overnight, but it has been four days and it is still cloudy. I don't mind it being cloudy, but the scents are just overpowering. I'm sure other people might like the strong scents but if I'm looking for natural products, then I most likely want no or subtle scents. It's cool that they offer soap making parties where participants can make their own products. I like that the soaps are made fresh. But in general, the quality control is lacking and the scents are just too strong for me. Prices are high with a single soap coating over $9 and bath bombs at $8 each.

My appointment was scheduled for 3:30pm. We got there a little early at 3:20. I had no expectations of being seated early and I am forgiving of lateness as well because I am reasonable, but I was not seated until after 4. My daughter's appointment was scheduled at 3:30 as well but they didn't see her until after mine. She was being patient but it was frustrating. During my manicure they didn't at least 5 layers of gel color which I thought was a bit excessive but I didn't think much of it. During hers they did the same but after the gel was put on they did not file or shape her nails so they looked awkward and unfinished. They also didn't even clean under her nails. Less than a week after the manicures were done both of us have had the gel peel off our nails. Alls I can say is I am disappointed and won't be back.

There was no empathy, no care, and definitely no desire to truly help me find any solutions. I left crying and feeling extremely frustrated with the experience I had. I would have been open to paying for a clearer image of my scalp, red light therapy, or any alternative treatments they have recommended as I feel truly desperate in my situation. Unfortunately I left feeling worse than when I came in. If you're struggling with something skin or hair related- I HIGHLY advise looking into another place. Especially if empathy and care is on your list on non-negotiable with a medical professional. Unfortunately, that same lack of professionalism carried over to my most recent appointment. I drove approximately 50 minutes to the office and arranged childcare for my three young children so I could have a concerning skin lesion evaluated. Due to unexpected traffic, I arrived 9 minutes late. Upon arrival, I was told that the doctor had already left and that I could not be seen. She didn't even offer to reschedule my appointment. What makes this especially frustrating is that the lesion I needed evaluated has doubled in size over the last 10 months. I also have a history that places me at higher risk for skin cancer, making timely dermatologic evaluation particularly important. I understand that offices need policies regarding late arrivals, but having a physician leave before a patient who is only 9 minutes late arrives--after that patient has traveled nearly an hour and arranged childcare--shows a lack of flexibility, compassion, and concern for patient care. Patients dealing with potentially serious skin concerns deserve to be treated with professionalism, respect, and empathy. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with this office.
