Their "no refunds" store policy is conveniently placed at waist-level beneath the overhang of the front counter so that it isn't visible prior to making your purchase. There's a level of trust that people have when buying beauty products and appliances and STAR BEAUTY has violated my trust for the last time. I hope that you don't give them the opportunity to violate yours. You don't have to buy packages, they will sell you lengths of different types of hair. They have all the natural colors and tons of exotic colors. Why did I make my own extensions? I have fine, blonde hair that tangles if I try to use synthetic hair extensions and wig clips don't want to stay in place. Plus the affordability factor is off the charts by going this route.
