Erica was off, but Suzie worked me in with Caitlin right after work. Woo! Her shampoo was really good. Very relaxing. Felt amazing after a crazy long day at work. And there's just something about someone else washing your hair, amirite? The shampoo, like Tina said, smelled so good. I'm still sniffing my hair an hour later. Haha. She made small talk about her dog, her son and her husband. I was really glad she didn't ask me a million questions, because I deal with that all day long. She made really quick work of my cut, I was only in the chair for about twenty minutes, style and everything! She gave me such a relaxing blowout. I almost fell asleep. My hair was perfect. It is a family run business. Julie is the stylist that I use and she is great. So are Briana and Angie so your choice between any will be a good one. Prices are very reasonable with monthly specials to showcase their different techniques. Cut, color, (men and women) and waxing available with and soon to be expansion into facials, spray tan and make up. They do birthday parties for little ones and also bridal parties in-house or on site. Walk-ins are available, but they have a solid client base so I would call for an appointment. She is easy to book appointments with and has a nice variety of availability. The salon itself is bright and nicely set up. There are two nail techs and several stations for stylists. They have two shampoo sinks (where you can also get waxing done) and two dryers. Shelby has done cuts, colors and full highlights for me and also done cuts for my kids. What I like is that she is honest about what will and won't work with colors and styles. If she thinks something won't last or that you won't be happy, she will tell you and suggest alternatives that might work better. She works efficiently but you never feel rushed and her prices are very affordable. I always look and feel amazing after a visit to Shelby. Highly recommend her!

I saw Shannon and I am happy to say that I have found my hair stylist. I had been trying to go blonder for a while. I had two different stylists make me a brown, brassy blonde and another stylist thought I looked better darker. So after much past frustration, I was elated when Shannon actually WORKED with me. She listened to my concerns and wants for my hair and came up with a plan. Not only did she make me lighter but she discussed my options if I wanted to go lighter beyond that. She also suggested getting some length off due to the color variation in my ends due to past hair colors I had.
