Went to this location today 12/29/25 and was looking at hair products. The bottles had no lid all over the shelf. We figured they were testers. Purchased an eye browliner, when I went to use it it was empty. I took it back to the Naples store they would not return the product. I sent the product to ULTA corporate office for resolution 2 months ago no response. Bottom line the behavior in the store comes from the top. warning if you make a purchase open it up to make sure it hasn't been used. or that it exists. The products can be accessed by anyone to try, I believe the whole concept in all of their stores. is a health hazard. My purchase was $32. read more

Very uncomfortable interaction with elderly sales associate. I live in Marco Island and have never been treated badly at this store before. I had asked for eyeliner and thought Ulta carried Sephora products. She stated after looking me up and down with a glare "that is a whole different store" with a negative and condescending tone. I asked if she could help me find black liquid eye liner and she blankly stared at me like I was scum of the earth. Then she grabbed a bottle of Lancôme and stated is this what you are looking for. I don't like the brand so I said I would look around because she seemed annoyed that I was even in her presence. Then as I walk toward the back of the store she states "there is no makeup back there". I had my toddler who was throwing fits with me so I decided to just leave due to the lack of help and rudeness of staff. It felt to me like that scene in pretty woman when she walks into a high end store and is glared at. I had my leggings and a tank on I don't wear makeup when I'm out with my kid at the park. That still doesn't give her the right to treat me or anyone that way. I wondered if I had been "made up" and worn my $20K wedding ring and Lilly Pulitzer if she would have treated me with more respect. I will not be returning to this store. read more

I frequent Ulta - but this location has to have the worst customer service! I have come back a couple times to give it additional tries; in the hopes it was just a bad day. However, Everytime I have encountered employees talking to each other, do not assist with locating products and could care less to even help. I think management is aware as it's an ongoing issue. In search of a reasonably priced salon in Naples, I thought I would try Ulta. I made an appointment a month in advance. The day I showed up (after having received the confirmation text the day before), I was told I didn't have an appointment. I was leaving on a business trip the next day and desperately needed my roots done. I was also scheduled for a cut and high lights. She told me they have a glitch in their system that will still text out a confirmation even when the appointment is canceled. I hadn't canceled. They had but no one bothered to call me. To her credit, the salon manager was beside herself and apologetic and went as far as finding me an appointment later that day at the store at Mercato. I was very appreciative. The Mercato salon didn't have time for my full service, so the manager at the Collier store offered to do complimentary highlights after my trip to make up for it. Today was the day for that appointment. I showed up a few minutes early and was told my stylist was running "a few minutes late." OK, it's nearly Christmas and I'm sure everyone booked last minute appointments. I sat down to wait. After 30 minutes elapsed, I walked back up to check on status. I had to leave work during the day to make this appointment, so now I was losing even more time and was growing impatient. There was one stylist working and another just standing there chatting with her while she worked. I got her attention and asked for status as I'd been waiting 30 minutes. She seemed horrified and apologized and started taking me back to the chair to begin my service. No one had told her I was there waiting. Before I could be seated, the same manager who helped me a couple of weeks prior called her away and told her she had to go work the floor. They just left me sitting there. The stylist apologized and said she had no choice. She was called to the floor even though she had a client to tend to. The one remaining stylist (who I was informed was to be my stylist), was still hard at work with her current client. At this point, it was now 40 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment, so I got up and left. No one checked on me. No one seemed to care in the slightest that I was there for an appointment. Not only will I never attempt services at this salon again, I will never even shop at that store. Having said all of this, Sabrina at the Mercato store was an amazing stylist who genuinely seemed to care. She listened and worked with me on color selections and did a terrific cut. I'll go back to her every time even though I live five minutes from the store on Collier. read more

I really enjoy shopping at Ulta stores. This one did not disappoint. I stopped in because I need items to care for my skin after being out in the sun a little too long. The store is huge and per usual - I wound up leaving with so many fun items. I bought face masks, eye gel, a cleanser, shower gel, nail polish... too many fun items to count. My bathroom looks like a mini Ulta. The staff is always nice no matter what location I visit. I also really love their rewards program. I can always find exactly what I need. I love Ulta it relax me just by going in but Yesterday 1/10/2020 at store 951 East Tamiami trail around 1:30pm I went looking for some skin care but ended leaving without it I bought other stuff but I felt annoyed and harass by an employees behavior. A white blond women curly hair with eye glasses (look like the manager) was following all over the store, she seem interesting in everything I was looking at. At one point she stood right next to me in a very disturbing behavior. Been an Ulta customer for years, I'm a professional Makeup artist and enjoy exploring what's new how else am I going to buy but I had to leave before my temper blew up. This is the worst Ulta store that exists in SW Florida, I hope corporate or management can listen to all the complaints about their employees at Ulta on 951 & East Tamiami trl, each one of the girls who work there are rude and lack of customer service, its not our fault if they feel overworked or low paid. I don't even know where to start I went in for a hair cut and color. The color came out very nice despite being talked down to my the manager. The hair cut was about a inch and half to 2 inches longer on one side. I called to come back and have it fixed. First off the manager scolded me like a child after I told her not to cut more off the shorter side, that it was already shorted then I had originally asked for. She also said it was not long layers like I had originally asked for. After more hair got cut of the shorter side the other side was still longer. At that point I said forget it and the manager once again yelled at me from across the area. I was so embarrassed and humiliated I just left with a horrible uneven weird layered look. In all my years I have never been treated like that and to add it was not cheap either. Never ever will I shop there again. read more

Put me on hold after I asked if promotion is in-store other than online, and she said she will check. What did she do after she's done with customers at register? As a visitor in this area, I discovered that this store has Clinique products...how exciting. At my local Ulta, they do not. It was such a bright new store. I was able to purchase my favorite products, in travel sizes of course, and had plenty of staff to assist me. Free gift with my purchase as well. Loved coming into this store and will definitely be back next time in town. read more

I went with a wedding party and everyone had there hair done. I was disappointment with the outcome. My hair stylist kept doing different styles and suggested something and the front of my hair was friZzy. When I told her she got upset and made this braid in the front but the back was awful. It started to fall apart throughout the night. I was thinking of doing these service in my city. But I was unhappy with my experience that I will never consider ultras salon! read more

Finally made it to this newest ULTA in this area! It was well worth the trip! What a beautiful store. I needed help finding a new eye liner and Kim M was so helpful and knew exactly what I needed. Tried it today and it's perfect! I have been an Ulta customer since they opened the first store in Orland Park, Il and try to visit all the ones closest to me.
