As soon as I walked in they wanted to turn me away because apparently the technician "who does natural hair is busy. You have to wait a long time". They then asked me to take my hair out of my clip and allow the free technician to examine my hair and decide if she would take me. The service itself was very thorough. Lillian was my technician, I will say my scalp and ears feel very clean even though I don't feel like the service was very relaxing at all. After my shampoo, they took me to the salon chair and she was completely lost on what to do. I showed her how to use the mousse and she attempted to style my hair but did very poorly. I will say this service was not worth $69, maybe $35. I wish I had not wasted my time.
