Beware. They had my storm door from April 25th to Sept 2nd for tempered glass replacement. Started…read moreat hbg location but ended up at camp hill location. Poor communication. Voice mails never answered. Phone calls rarely answered. I started going in person about the door. Sept 2nd, I went for another update and found out the door was repaired with thin plexiglass. Now the door doesn't seal properly between the upper and lower panels. Mind you, I never approved the plexiglass but I took the door because I just wanted to be free of this business. They took the initial 80 dollar deposit as payment in full but they didn't provide an invoice. I'm pretty sure 80 dollars is too much for a piece of plexiglass and an ineffective storm door.

I called Shank door earlier this year simply because they installed the original garage door in my…read morehouse. I had two panels that were hit. My original thought was that they would provide reasonable service at a reasonable cost. This was not the case. The man that came for the the initial evaluation suggested a cost of about $700 to replace two panels. The final cost came in at $1500+. And the the door was not completely repaired. I had to repair it myself. Not to mention that this gentleman should not be on the job. I had to help him up from kneeling twice. After talking to another builder I found the price should have been half what I was charged. Never again.
