Had a kitchen splashback installed by them in 2012 - they provided a reasonable quote, did a good and polite job measuring and subsequently fitting. It was a few weeks but not too long. Post sales service was good too - one glass part got a burn mark (near hob) and Luke and his team did their best to provide a replacement in the exact colour which was fitted without much hassle. Couldn't fault the service or the end product. Glass splashbacks aren't particularly cheap, and UK Splashbacks weren't the cheapest quote we had, but very glad we chose them.
