It is the 2dn time I work with Unflatpack. They did a bbuiltin wardrobe for me in my bedroom 2 years ago. And this year I asked them to build a hallway cupboard to maximise the little space I have in the hallway. I get a lot of compliments from it! I got the fully built in look for 10% of the price. I was trying the make the built-in work as hard a possible to maximise my space and I went back and forth with the team at Unflatpack many many times. It would have been fair for them to lose patience as I tinkered with the design so many times, but they were always very helpful and also built on my ideas. The ordering process was seamless I got all the parts from Ikea, then booked my appointment. And once I had my appointment date, I also managed to amend my delivery date from Ikea to a bit later than planned, so that the flatpacks would only arrive a couple of days before the fitting (I did not have the space to store them so they were in the way otherwise). Alfie was our fitter and he was super helpful, finishing the work in 2 days. He worked quickly and neatly, he was very polite and friendly, and the final result is great. One of the panels from Ikea was damaged but he managed to work around it creatively and you can't spot anything. read more

Love my built-in Pax wardrobes. I inititally wasn't convinced it would look properly inbuilt but thought given the price difference to any other inbuilt options/brands, it was worth taking a risk and trying it. The wardrobes look great and they did a great job on the details. Consultation process and customer service were great too. I actually had 'proper' custom-made built in wardrobes done elsewhere in the house with one of the big highstreet brands and apart from having cost three times as much, they were so much more faff on the prep and planning side with multiple visits that took forever. I was really impressed with Unflatpack throughout the entire process of planning our wardrobes and the eventual installation. Will was friendly, professional and did a great job installing our wardrobes and clearing up afterwards. Overall, the total cost of purchasing the required products from IKEA and installation was a fraction of the cost we were quoted by another made-to-measure furniture provider yet the quality of the finished article was comparable. Excellent service!! We used unflatpack to design and assemble a wardrobe in one of our bedrooms. The service was incredibly quick, really clear communication on how it worked and what they needed from us and the ikea parts we needed to order. On the installation day, the staff were very professional and tidy (and very quiet!) - within the space of about 6 hours the whole thing was done and dusted. Thoroughly recommend the service, and the pricing is very good compared to bespoke cabinetry! read more

Really impressed by the fitter being professional and installing very quickly and tidying away afterwards. I think there could have been a bit more consultation during the fitting as in hindsight we could have installed another led light. The wardrobe doors were not flush to the surrounding frame which could have been an option if planned prior and this should have been highlighted before the installation. The design process Kasia and Anthony made everything straight forward and they guided me through the finer detail - I was terrible at making a final decision! Would definitely recommend - much cheaper than a pricey custom wardrobe yet the end effect is the same. Michael Dixon was our installer and did a perfect job dealing with an old house with uneven floors + getting it perfectly flush with the 2.7m ceiling height and little details like access to an outlet behind. We also chose a shaker style frame and he managed to trim down the top doors maintaining the shaker look. read more

I have my new gorgeous fitted wardrobe (for a 3rd of the price quoted by some well-known brand ;)). 4 double wardrobes cut to fit an awkward space; flush to wall and ceiling. Kasia and Anthony went above and beyond in helping me design the wardrobe. Great communication. Tiger spent an entire day with us to make sure it is complete in one day.
