I found this companies after sale care disgraceful, I bought an off the shelf garage door that was…read moredelivered with a gearing that is apparently a universal gear, that didn't fit my door. I spent all day trying to get help on the last day my builders where on site to be told by a fitter it was the wrong gear. I then spent 2 days arguing with a branch manager who said it was the wrong plate, but then changed his mind, I think some arse covering, and was told unhelpful things like why did they wait for the last day, (because the roof had to be fibre glassed) and why did they not put it up without the plate, (because your fitter said it was the wrong gearing) I then spoke to an area manager and still not the best and they came out to angle grind the garage door, the fitter angle grinded the plate and said that you don't angle grind the grp door!! Which was always one of my points I was arguing. My garage door is still not up as have to wait for a day that is good for my builders as they are now on another job, and luckily they are not charging me to come out, where as this shambolic lot wanted to charge me £120 for there incompetence I have only found one helpful person with this company and the rest, Rude, Argumentative and Unhelpful!!!!
