I typically go to classes later in the day, and all of the ladies are so darn fabulous, I have literally laughed, cried, danced, and begged to just sit there and watch everyone else do the class. One of my favorite classes to drag my ass out of bed is the 6 AM class with Samantha. The ladies in the class always seem shocked to see me there because I am not a morning person by any means. The other day, I literally went to class probably just because I needed to wash my hair before I went to work. Knowing that those 6 AM ladies are going to hug, high five me and giggle throughout class starts my day off most fabulous every time I go. I have thought about moving out of downtown Colorado Springs... But I will tell you not being able to walk to this fabulous tribe filled studio is a factor in my decision to stay right where I am. Every class is so welcoming and everyone is so nice and it is truly a joy to be with these amazing ladies.

I was able to get the remaining 16 classes extended until May 3rd, but was unable to book but 2 more classes as every time I tried to do so, all the classes were completely full 2 weeks before. I am active duty military and don't have a predictable schedule 3+ weeks in advance. The classes themselves are very high quality and the customer service is great, but none of this matters when the class availability is so low. I lost over $300 and do not have that kind of money to throw away.

It was the hardest workout I've ever done, and that hasn't changed. What has changed is my strength, stamina and muscle tone. I started seeing gains at three months and it's only gone up from there. At 40 years old, I'm astounded at how far I've come in a short time. And the endorphin boost after catching your breath cannot be beat. It's all thanks to the incredible women who run this ship. Every instructor I've had has been top-notch. They run smooth, professional classes and dole out meaningful praise and helpful form correction. I most often take classes with Lindsay, Ayla, Holly and Abby, though I'd recommend them all. The women at the front desk are wonderfully kind and thoughtful, as well. The class formats bring a lot of variety to barre -- from Classic's resistance and Align's stretching to Define's weightlifting and Empower's cardio. They have frequent, reliable class times throughout each weekday plus weekend mornings. And yes, they charge $15 if you cancel soon before class. For me, that serves as a great way to ensure I choose the gym over the couch. I can honestly say Pure Barre has changed my life and health for the better. I'm so grateful to have found this place.

I get you give your employees the opportunity to go to classes. Yet it is a huge inconvenience when you are trying to reschedule or make the deadline before you have to pay. It's a great schedule of work-outs every week from Zumba, Cardio Dance, Hip Hop- these classes have me singing and dancing all day. If you really want a workout- then try Ripped and Force. Pi-Yo is a blend of pilates and yoga- not my favorite class- but my body needs it. Sonia's Barre Burn class always has me sore the next day. I love the flexibility of taking different classes and they are always learning new work outs to add or new dances to the work outs. Don't worry if you can't dance- I am not a dancer and I am always in back trying to get the moves down- but since I started going - I feel better about myself and find that I really enjoy working out. I cannot say enough great things about our experience. First, I sent a message to the studio on Facebook and Danny called me that same day. Each of our sessions have been different and tailored to our needs. Danny is engaging, warm, attentive and is helping us with form from beginning to end. Yoga is the highlight of our week. We have not met the other instructors but have no doubt they are amazing. Danny is the owner. This studio is an absolute jewel in Castle Rock.
