I'm not sure when they reopened, but I visited at the end of May. I made a late afternoon appointment on a weekday. I was greeted by three friendly women soon as I arrived. Hand sanitizer and masks were readily available and all three women wore masks. The space is bright, beautiful, and clean. I was very impressed by their vast selection of nail polish colors, including gel and dip powder. I was the only customer the entire time I was there. I didn't catch the tech's name who worked on me, but she was nice and helpful. She didn't indulge in small talk, which was fine with me. I like to listen to audible while getting my nails done anyway. I think she might have been a new tech, and she did a fairly good job. Almost a month later and my dip nails haven't chipped!

I saw a post about poor quality products, but I've always had a great experience and excellent quality. The one time I wasn't 100% satisfied they offered to do my nails again. They have always taken feedback well and been so sweet and gracious to their guests.
