Im a master Cosmettologist by trade And did waxing all my life You shouldn't have to pay 40.00 to walk out with hair still in spots they missed all over. I don't believe they were trained properly. And they don't use cuticle remover in the manicure or soap to loosen up the skin properly. Still searching for a Better salon! Prices has risen And services have sunk Everywhere! Not just them! Everywhere in the whole area They are very clean though So if they'd scale back on their prices a bit??? Then I wouldn't be complaining Maybe 15.00 for plain mani manicure or 20.00 for plain pedi And 10.00 extra for Gel Because Gel polish isn't that expensive @ the beauty supply And im self employed I completely understand you have to make a profit But higher prices And not pampering services Your not going to get a good tip !

Every time I have been in they have been super busy. The price point is super reasonable, you may have a wait but they are pretty quick once they get started. The service is hit or miss, but I believe that depends on your nail tech. The boss/owner (older gentleman), the younger male nail tech, and two younger girls (one does the complex nail designs and the other is related to the owners I do believe) are the ones I would suggest asking for. I went in and got a set done, one mail chipped the day after getting my service. I went back in and they fixed the mail quickly and free of charge. The owner himself was the one who personally fixed the nail. They were super apologetic and thanked me for the opportunity to let them get the service right. They were quick and I was in and out.

So we knew this shopping center and knew there was a nail shop and hair dresser so we stopped in. Mom is not easy to get around in a wheelchair but got her out of the car and in and immediately up to a table after I checked first to make sure they were open and Covid clean. I'll have mask on , place was clean so I brought her in. She brought her own nail polish so they were able to file her nails down trim and the sand them down(Whatever you call that) and got her nails done in 20 min!! She was elated and so happy and the girl did a great job. We were the only ones there first thing in the morning but for me this was perfect, she looks great and feels great. Highly recommend.

I won't be putting socks or shoes on for a few hours, she kept saying she was going to fix it in 1 minute. I sat for 20 minutes. Still didn't get fixed. I never got the normal lotion and oil with the leg rub when I got the package with parafon wax. I asked her to cut my finger nails down a little bit and she cut them all the way to my finger before I could say stop. Was told they couldn't make them longer. They use to be a good salon. No option other than end, get or regular polish. No ombré, cats eye, just whatever they can draw on. Very disappointed. Thought I would give them a second chance but NEVER AGAIN. I'd rather pay more and have options for design than just getting the same colors over and over.

This left my nails very thin, causing them to split and break off. I went back and was told they could fix them but I would have to pay. I was furious but I still had to pay 25.00 for repair that was not my fault. The owner/ manager did not care but the technician they got to do the repair was nice. Bottom line I will never go back. Customer service should be a must as there are too many places to choose from.
