I deducted one star because we got tapioca in both drinks and it was overcooked and a bit mushy. Otherwise they have really good drinks but I think their highlight is the cake creme series. Prices are also super reasonable for the drinks. I've gotten inferior bbt for $10 before so a drink as decadent as the cake creme series being only $8 incl tax and tapioca is really nice. I like how it is convenient coming to this place as the cashier is just at your eye view as you approach inside. There is also a bathroom downstairs to your right. It is elegantly clean. Everyone is so lovely and welcoming. I got lychee green tea and my friend got mango smoothie. We absolutely love the drinks. We sat for an hour because we walked almost 20 mins from where we ate.
