This has not always been the case with other nail salons - I have experienced: *frigidly cold foot soaks where I protested, but was told over & over "the water's going to get warmer" (even though the water stayed cold) *long, pointed fingernails jabbing into my feet *pointless use of a pumice stone *general apathy Never again. I finally found an effective nail salon & therefore am now a devoted Delane fan. Keep in mind that there is only one lady (the owner) working in the building at any given time, but she is a ridiculously good multitasker, so there's never a long wait when I go, even when a few people are in there. This is a good thing, since I have never been able to successfully schedule an appointment with Delane Nails...I just walk in & get my service on the spot. I can't stress enough that I am always well taken care of when I go. Keep an eye out on the daily deals sites for specials at her shop. You may save enough to give this gal a good tip & I think she deserves it!

The water was extremely hot and left me in it for 45 minutes until they can get to me and my wife. There is not a lot of attention to detail and they don't have final touches like paraffin wax or other amenities. They do a herbal spa . On our particular visit there were some annoying teenagers being served and made the experience that much worse. The teenagers were not their fault but they did little to control them. For the price it's a decent spa for the quality it's a lacking. They are very rough with you when it comes to your feet. My wife's French pedicure was crooked and the filing was off. Colors Nail Club stood out immediately with their excellent reviews, and now I see why! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and hilarious staff member (I didn't catch his name, but he was incredibly accommodating to what I needed). The energy in the salon is warm, welcoming, and genuinely fun--everyone seems to be in on the laughter, which makes the whole experience so much more enjoyable. I was paired with Jessica, who was extremely patient while I decided on a design. We didn't finalize the look until my nails were already applied, and she still nailed it--pun intended. The shop gets busy quickly, and it's clear they have a loyal base of regulars who keep coming back. While I didn't get a pedicure this time, I heard glowing feedback from other clients while I was there. Apparently, their pedicure service is amazing--not only do they pay great attention to the heel, but also the sides of the foot, leaving your feet feeling completely renewed. I'll definitely be back and make Colors Nail Club my go-to nail salon whenever I'm in Lafayette. Highly recommend if you want beautiful nails and a good laugh!
