The gym offers a spacious environment with a wide variety of equipment, catering to the needs of both cardio enthusiasts and heavy lifters. The owner Tina is an absolute doll, she's always super friendly and helpful . All the trainers are highly skilled and knowledgeable. The bathrooms are consistently clean and fully stocked, providing amenities such as bath towels, deodorant, hair ties, bath soaps, and even luxurious hand and bath moisturizers. Additionally, the lockers and fridge, located at the front, contain protein shakes, protein bars, and water. Every aspect of this gym exudes a sense of luxury. However, what truly sets it apart is the welcoming and communal vibes, where everyone supports one another. I encourage you to visit this exceptional gym as it will exceed your expectations. Thank you Tina, for making me fall in love with working out again , I look forward to my gym days now !

My only big complaint about this gym is that the bottom floor is fraternized by middle school and high school boys. Some of them stand in front of machines and then walk away (go to the locker room or another machine). Then when someone else goes to use the equipment they rush over to it and they say they are using it. However, then they just sit around the machine on their phones and talk. It takes them 30 minutes to get through 3 sets of one workout. I've seen this happen three times in the past week, with different groups of boys. It's great to see the youth working out and prioritizing fitness, however I don't think they have enough awareness of gym etiquette. I think this club needs to kindly remind its members of gym etiquette.

My name is Sherrica Brooks. I am writing this review to warn unsuspecting people like myself. Max…read morePierre is highly unethical, unprofessional and for lack of a better word he is a thief. On 1/28/24 I authorized max to charge my card $1,604 for personal training sessions. Everything was actually ok for the first month so when February came around I decided to get a membership for $200 a month for 4-30 min sessions. I thought I could save a few dollars so decided to sign up. I gave Max my credit card and he had said to me that I could actually do 2- 1 hour sessions since I was in pretty good shape. I was ok with that. When I got home I did some calculations and realized it didn't actually make sense to do the membership. So for my following appointment after my session I said " I don't want to do the membership anymore can you please cancel it" and max said " don't worry about it you didn't do the paperwork so you don't have to cancel it" I said ok and I was fine with that. I go do surgery I go back to the gym months later, but before I even go back to the gym I text max over and over for literally weeks saying hey I wanted to finish up my package so I can be done with my sessions. Weeks later max finally send me a text that I had 6-1 hour sessions left because of the membership I had paid for. Great at that point I was only charged $200 for march. I was like great. After that text max goes back into my card and starts charging me a $200 a month fee and I knew nothing about it. I didn't catch it for months because I don't use the card and couldn't understand where the balance was coming from. After I specifically sent this man multiple text messages that I want to finish my sessions and be done he goes behind my back and bills me for a membership . I have since asked max for the paperwork that I signed for this membership but it does not exists. Now I have to take off a whole day from work to go to court to sue this man for my money back. Max Pierre is a thief and he's unprofessional. This man was either late for every session, ended the sessions early or sometimes both, he would be going to answer the phones during my paid sessions, assisting workers with fixing the treadmill, it was always something with him. all while I waited for him on my paid time. Seriously people should stay away from this gym and this man. He can't be trusted. I am going to make it my business to go on every platform I can find to warn people about this man's business practices. Please be careful out here. I am now out of $800 because of this man .and I will now have to lose a day from work to sit in court all day. When these companies ask you to write reviews when you are a new customer don't write them wait a few months to see what kind of business people really operate. FYI I spoke to a trainer that use to work there and he told me that max does this all the time people ask to cancel memberships and he does not do it. Apparently people go on vacation and months later find out this man has been stealing from them. Also if you are a personal trainer be very careful he owes a previous trainer $7000.00 for services rendered and as yet to pay.

They started from waddling to running and jumping in the trampoline. They've learned to hold their ground (secure footing) and play around older kids (they're 18 months right now) during practice and play & siblings and friends. We use every opportunity we get to be there. The staff is so accommodating, welcoming, and so kind to my girls. This is crucial for my girls to have other adults who are playful and safe. For single moms out there who want to have a space for your kids where they feel free and confident, but also learn interactive and social skills this is great. I thought the "park" would suffice, but i was wrong. My gym helped the girls learn how to move safely around the park and older children (still learning). So we will definitely be here until they age out. We love Ms. Cathy for her kind heart and great eye for watching the girls. Mr. Justin always is great at including all the kids and playing with them. You will probably see one on his shoulder or leg. Ms. Ashley! Whew... what a joy. Everything feels easy around her. She navigates so well. Ms. Nicole... no words. She's overall a rockstar. Meant for what she does. PERIOD! Ms. Amoya (I'm probably butchering her name!) she's new but my girls took to her so well and she brings so much joy to my gym. Mr. Daniel, he's the architect. Every week we (me! My inner kid) enjoys seeing the new set up! Wow! Yes, there's a new set up every week!!!!! Ms. Jaylan, cool, funny, and safe! I'm wild, and she'll definitely gently remind me, there's others around. Love love love it! Ms. Lenora (butchering her name as well!) is new to us, but she has a gift for teaching littles! The parents/nannies/grandparents/caretakers there are also amazing people. Some days can be brutal, and I've encountered encouragement solidarity and over all community! So don't wait, and sign up! Cleanliness... since it's a smaller space, it's pretty clean! Let's be real littles are littles. I've witnessed them cleaning daily! Also, I do my part as best I can to clean because my kids are teething. They provide wipes, sanitizer and bathrooms are well kept!

5 stars for the Coaches, 1 star for the Audience, 4 Stars Overall…read more I can't say enough good things about the coaches here -- they're kind, welcoming, and genuinely amazing. My kid loves coming, and I truly feel the staff gives their all. Now, the spectator section... that's a whole other show. Walk through the front door, and the entitlement practically wafts in like an expensive perfume. Some parents (and babysitters) seem to think we're in a luxury country club in the Hamptons, not a kids' gym. The swing comes out, and suddenly it's: "Oh, sweetie, you want the blue one? Don't worry, mommy will make sure you get it." Meanwhile, I plop my kid on whatever swing is available because, newsflash, there's a limited number and this is not the Hunger Games. Then there are the babysitters -- many apparently hired for their Olympic-level scrolling skills. They're on their phones more than they're looking at the kids, ignoring posted policies like "wear socks" and "no drinks on the floor." Bottom line: coaches -- great. Some parents and sitters -- a masterclass in what not to do. Come for the great play, stay for the unintentional comedy.
