Been here a few times now, super happy with the quality, presentation and price. See photos for what I mean :)

Really a 3 1/2. Nice and fresh. Clean and simple. Not fancy. Had tuna tartar pretty good. Soup pretty good. Overall enjoyed it. However I am not sure this would be a go to place. Maybe a quick lunch spot on a work break.

Service was good, very attentive. Food was as expected on a random Friday 2:30 PM. They prepared it fresh. The place was clean, bathroom was also clean. A clean bathroom is a reflection of a clean kitchen. They have other restaurants beside the complex and it's very competitive, but they managed to stay afloat. Four stars for me.

The presentation was on point with a real flower. Philadelphia Roll, Spicy Tuna Roll, and the Spicy Tornado Roll.

This is the second time we've tried this place and it was just as good as the first time. We ordered the Chicken Gyoza(x2) as an app. I ordered the chicken tepanyaki which was one of the best Asian dishes I've ever had. Perfect balance of spicey, sweet, salty and savory. My wife ordered the Spicy Pork Ramen w/ Pork and the broth was amazing. It was balanced perfectly. We also ordered a Philadelphia Roll(Smoked Salmon), a spicy tuna roll and a Tornado roll. The tempura fried Torando roll hit all of our taste buds. Everything was delicious, we'll definitely be back again for a date night. The paintings on the wall and the decor give it a nice touch and really brings in the whole Japanese feel. The service was great; she was very attentive considering she was the only one serving. Overall this place is a hit! We would highly recommend Udon Kaisha. We're already planning on what we're going to order next time!!

It was -5 degrees in the midst of a cold December evening. All I could think about was ramen. This voice in my head was like ramen, Ramen, RAMEN! So after investigating a few different places I went to Udon Kashi for their ramen. It was rather Devine in flavor and texture. Besides the ramen being tasty, the host was super helpful with helping me pick out the right ramen. She was funny too! Give them a fair shake and let me know what you think!

And the best service ive had so far, the server was very polite! I got tonkotsu ramen, and it was done very well 9/10 Sushi i ordered was good and very aesthetically pleasing, i had rainbow, and black dragon! Very delicious and the yellowtail melted in my mouth! Def a nice spot to bring friends along with!

Tofu teriyaki dinner (they forgot the teriyaki!)

I had high hopes for Udon Kaisha, but I was left sorely unimpressed. The good: you can place your order online. The Udon meal was pretty good. My husband had zero complaints about it. For a Saturday afternoon pickup, they weren't busy at all. The bad: I ordered the tofu teriyaki dinner, but to my dismay, they left out the key ingredient: the teriyaki! I tried picking at the veggies, but they were still pretty fresh/crunchy as opposed to being steamed like they're supposed to be. The rice was the only thing they didn't mess up for my meal. I opted to skip dinner that night until I could rectify the situation. After buying some sauce for the tofu the next day, my meal got better. It just sucks that I couldn't enjoy it that evening. The meh: I ordered some California rolls to see how they do their sushi. (If you can't do a good CA roll, I'm not even going to bother experimenting with the rest of the menu) Overall the roll was okay. It wasn't bad nor omg-amazing, it was just okay. You only get 6 pieces as opposed to the traditional 8, but I digress.

My absolute favorite sushi/ ramen spot! I recently moved up to the north side of town and I finally find my go to. Reasonably priced, beautiful aesthetics, and friendly service. The spicy pork ramen is my favorite and the drunken noodles do not disappoint. I have enjoyed everything I've ever ordered here!

Great options for sushi and ramen! The inside was nice as well. I would like to come back and try the udon. Service was great.

I am very pleased with this delicious strip mall find! This is a wonderful spot for Japanese comfort food. I was craving ramen and I'm happy to report that the ramen here is delicious. The broth was rich and the noodles were just done enough. My dining partner ordered the tofu Katsu and it was very good. Surprisingly it was a lot of food! It came with 2 big tofu steaks, rice, and a sweet dipping sauce. I'm glad it also came with a few vegetables to balance out the dish. This is a great place for omnivores, pescatarians, and vegetarians alike. They do serve alcohol (beer, sake, and wine). Overall, 5/5 stars!

We got the Birdhouse Flight to start--guac, five-cheese queso, and their birdhouse salsa (a tasty, mild tomatillo). Seriously, it's the best way to start your meal. For dinner, we all had ramen. I went for the Hellfire with extra bok choy. This ramen is no joke. If you want something spicy, this is it. The chili sauce, flakes, and oil really bring the heat. The kids got the Tonkotsu, which was amazing as usual--great broth and super tender meat. I had my spicy ramen with a Juicy Bits from WeldWerks, perfect combo. Seriously, it's some of the best ramen and service around North Denver. Whether it's for a special day or just a chilly night. Birdhouse is always good. I totally recommend it!

So it was shocking that I found such a good bowl out here in Erie. I got the Hellfire Ramen, a tonkotsu-based ramen served with their house spicy sauce, chili oil, pork shoulder, and a soft boiled egg. The broth was rich and flavorful, the spice level was perfect (quiet hot but still maintaining a good balance of flavors), and the pork shoulder was tender but still has a bit of nice toothsomeness. Overall, this was an excellent bowl of ramen comparable to any of the top spots in Denver. The only slight downside is that the broth was just a tough too salty for my liking, and I would've preferred a soy marinated egg over a soft boiled egg. They have other ramen here was well, such as a chicken-based shio ramen, a regular tonkotsu, and a Thai curry ramen. I definitely would return to try the other ramen. If the other items on this menu is as tasty, I wouldn't hesitate to give them 5 stars.

I completely don't remember what everyone ordered but I DO remember all the things I tried at the table. Tater Tots - parmesan & chives / house onion sour cream - nothing outstanding about this but the kids/teens/young adults LOVED it and may have inhaled it in one breath. Roasted Cauliflower - saffron cream / chermoula / sumac / miso aioli / crispy onion - the saffron cream was a nice touch of essence and the crispy onion brought a good sweetness and texture to the dish. Honey Bourbon Wings - fried chicken wings / honey bourbon glaze / dill pickles - this was FABULOUS, good fry, not burnt and the glaze was perfect, not ooey gooey sticky, just sticky to the touch. Wild Boar Bucatini - wild boar ragu / cured egg yolk / parmesan / chives - this was my dinner order. I'm always excited when there's bucatini on the menu. It just holds enough sauce in the hollows to satisfy me. The ragu was cooked well, good sauce maybe it needed just a little pinch more of salt for my liking. Parking in the neighborhood is not difficult. We had an airbnb down the street and walked here in less than 5 minutes. There's indoor and outdoor seating as well as a covered patio-ish area. Definitely coming back next time I'm in Lafayette!

The common thread across every dish was not inconsistency but uniform blandness. What arrived on our table lacked taste, energy, and intention, as if the kitchen was simply executing recipes without engagement or care. The moo ping should have been a highlight sweet, smoky, caramelized, and alive with char. Instead, it arrived hollow and lifeless, missing the marinade and fire that define the dish. There was no depth, no fragrance, no sense that the cook believed in what was being served. The accompanying rice was merely filler, and an additional order of Thai fried rice continued the same pattern: edible, but flat, dull, and entirely uninspired. My wife's gluten-free Pad Thai with tofu, a dish built on balance and brightness, was especially disappointing. It lacked acidity, sweetness, umami, and spice every note that gives Pad Thai its character. The noodles felt seasoned out of obligation rather than intention. It was food that offered no pleasure and no reason to return to it, ultimately left unfinished out of sheer indifference. This experience was not about spice tolerance, dietary restriction, or personal preference. Five people ordered widely, and the conclusion was unanimous: nothing stood out, nothing lingered, nothing satisfied. When every plate is this muted, it signals more than an off night it suggests a chef cooking without inspiration, without curiosity, and without soul. Thai cuisine is bold by nature. Having eaten throughout Thailand, we know that even the most modest street stall delivers food with clarity, confidence, and heart. What was served here bore little resemblance to that tradition. Last night (contrary to other nights and lunches in the past) , Bangkok Avenue did not simply miss the mark it stripped Thai food of the very element that makes it special: taste.
