Prescription would be ready later in the day and she would text us. So easy and friendly. We picked up inexpensive Halloween cards and popcorn. Check out was easy. They have section of wine and beer. Shelves were stocked neatly with seasonal items for fall and Halloween. Specials throughout the store per usual Walgreens. Store was clean and well organized and it was easy to find stuff. 3 aisles of greeting cards and good selection. I'll be back when in town. These people treat you right!

I hate to be *that girl* to leave a negative review, but this particular Walgreens location makes…read moreme want to pull my hair out. The only reason this is a 2 star review instead of a single star is because of the retail staff; they're always friendly and accommodating, greeting you the moment you walk through the door and chatting kindly as they check you out. The pharmacy staff, however, needs a serious course in customer service and dealing with the public. If my health plan didn't mandate that I use Walgreens, I would've changed pharmacies a long time ago. I've had multiple, MULTIPLE negative interactions with pharmacy staff, specifically pharmacy technicians, both in the capacity of patient and as a prescriber. When I have called in new prescriptions for patients, I've utilized the prescriber voicemail, which is great. But heaven forbid you need to speak directly with the poor overworked pharmacists, because you'll be waiting for quite some time. They obviously work incredibly hard to keep up. From a patient perspective, picking up my own scripts is an ordeal that is inevitably faaaarrrr more complicated than it should be. Despite having savings cards on file for all my pricey brand-name prescriptions, the pharmacy tech rudely announces the incorrect price each and every time; when I kindly point out that I have savings cards, I'm told that either 1. I'm wrong & there's no card on file (to which I pull out the card so they can yet again verify the info) or 2. They've already run the savings card price (which they haven't, as I know exactly how much my scripts cost). I'm a firm believer in respect, especially to those in service-type industries, but it's all I can do to be kind to the often incredibly rude techs who check me out at the pharmacy. I've had eyes rolled at me and I've been condescended multiple times; customer service is absolutely horrendous at this location. One instance upset me so much that I broke my cardinal rule (never identify yourself as a healthcare provider in public) and told the pharmacy technician that I was an NP, so she didn't have to demean me explaining how prescription savings cards work. If you need a quick birthday card, diet coke, or bag of gummy bears, this is your place. If you expect your pharmacy staff to provide acceptable customer service, run far away!

I would all urge you to never give this man any of your money. I did not feel safe while at his…read moreoffice. My experience started off with silence. The dentist did not greet me just immediately started working in my mouth he drilled out one cavity in my mouth and asked me if I was numb on the bottom by touching my tongue. I told him no I wasn't he then got epinephrine and started trying to numb the area more. I immediately began to feel weird (high heart rate near syncope. I did previously explain to him I have POTS) and told him this he continued to administer it even when I told him to stop several times. Once he was finished he set his tools down rather loudly and left the room. He did not apologize or try to explain anything to me. The dental assistant was very kind and did so and helped me calm down after having a bad reaction to the epinephrine. He came back shortly and again no apology or explanation he did not talk to me and started to work again. I winced when he began drilling and he asked if I could feel that which I replied yes once again he set his tools down and said "we will reschedule". I pushed for further explanation and he just said because you're not numbed and mumbled under his breathe without even looking at me or explaining anything and left the room. The dental assistant and receptionist were very apologetic almost like he is often rude. I have NEVER left a dentist office crying I can't even explain to you how hostile the environment felt. Just please do not trust the care of your teeth or well being for that matter at this establishment.
