The office is clean and organized; simple but aesthetically pleasing. They schedule appointments appropriately so that there is little to no wait, and the level of care exceeds expectations. Personally, I have a slight skepticism of advice given by medical professionals but, to me, Dr. Power seems like an honest dentist who doesn't recommend unnecessary treatments. I'm really happy with Red Hat and genuinely look forward to dentist appointments here, believe it or not.

Was told by the office manager, "That's your fault. It's not our job to update your phone number." In years and years of being a patient we have not missed a scheduled appointment or been late on a payment. Our phone number hasn't changed. I'm not sure if the ownership has changed, or if there is a new office manager. Either way we are getting a new family dentist.

If you're looking for an excellent dentist, look no further. My whole family and several friends come here--Dr. Fansa and all of the hygienists are amazing, too! I had a pretty traumatic bicycle accident a few years ago while I was overseas and broke three of my front teeth. Having been blessed as far as teeth go, I was devastated to lose my perfect smile. But after an emergency dental surgery in Denmark gave us something temporary to work with, Dr. Rice was able to get me back as close to normal as possible. As a result of the accident, I've experienced a different side of the office, getting several root canals and crowns, and still, I've never dreaded going to the dentist. Honestly, they have always made it so easy and relatively painless to receive such care, when it could be super difficult. I don't know what I would do without them.

Dr. Mohrman (she introduces herself as Giannis) is the first dentist that I not only like but trust. She takes the time to explain things and her entire staff is also helpful and professional. After this many years and bad experiences, I never thought I would be recommending a dentist but this office gets a strong recommendation.

I've been a patient now for 16 years and after moving away recently I tried a new dentist and had a horrible experience so I actually made a trip back to Indianapolis to have Dr. Bendush and his team clean my teeth. I promise I would rather fly back to Indianapolis from Central Florida and pay for dental work than I would try any other dentist here even if it were free. Dr. Bendush, Jackie, Carey, Nancy, Jerilyn, and Dixie are the best of the best. Their prices are very fair and Dr. Bendush is almost famous for taking the time to explain the procedure in detail and the underlying problem if any as well as solution, choices, and benefits. This doctor can give you an injection of anesthetic while smiling and having a conversation with you and you never even know that he had a syringe in his hand until your face starts to go numb. I kid you not, getting an injection from Dr. B is like a walk in the park on a sunny day.

From the first time I curiously walked into this dentistry office after moving to Indy 10 years…read moreago, to today...the facilities, staff and dentist here are truly amazing. I started with them when the practice was known as Smith-Brauer, and when Dr Brauer took over the practice and I got to know him I was really happy to continue coming. What's so epic? They have great reminders, for starters, and are very flexible in scheduling. When you walk into their office for the first time, a very clean and modern waiting area await you past a foyer with waterfall. You're immediately calmed and the place just feels incredibly clean. The rooms are all private and spacious with televisions and windows that let in natural light...No dungeon feel here folks. Over ten years, I've been lucky to meet several of the dental hygienists and staff and there really aren't any bad apples. You feel almost like family here. I never felt rushed through but instead always felt like they were incredibly thorough. When I came to the practice I had many older amalgam fillings, and over a couple years we replaced them all with color matched fillings and crowns which look great and improved my confidence and smile. A friend mentioned the other day that they go to a dentist office where the dentist is different each visit. I can't imagine doing that when I've been so happy getting to know the staff and Doctor Brauer. Easy assess off 465 means you can get here from around the city. Check them out, especially those of you who are nervous when you visit the dentist! You'll be in good hands.

The front office staff are extremely polite, the dental hygienists are friendly and know when not to ask you questions as their hands are in your mouth, and Dr. Brauer is very cordial and thorough. I am that person who is pretty terrifed of the dentist due to previous bad experiences elsewhere. I'm going to tell you all my personal info and say that I've had a cavity filled and a crown placed and both procedures went without a hitch - you gotta love a dentist who actually respects the fact that people can be scared of them. He said he knows the perfect dentist who is his personal dentist, Dr Ward! He shared how wonderful Dr. Ward is! I called his office asking for a new patient appointment and I couldn't believe how soon I was scheduled an appointment! I had 2 known issues to be addressed and Dr. Ward found one more important issue. His practice is all inclusive with everything needed for routine dentistry and orthodontia, including a lab where he made me a new crown!! Yep, you read that correctly! The most amazing thing for me was that he provided so many interventions in 2 visits where my previous dentist would have provided all the same things in 4-5 visits, if not more! I also do not have all the words I need to express my gratitude for every person I had any type of contact with! Everyone was so personable and treated me with great respect! I put off going for a few years, so I had 5 cavities today and had to get bonding on my front tooth because it was chipped. Got all 5 cavities done quickly without pain and my bonding looks great! Color matches perfectly. Dr Cruze is absolutely incredible and personable. As is Dr Mishel. Have more confidence in my smile now.
