I paid the $30-something annual fee and got the discount on my brows and mustache grooming. Hot wax has never touched my face since. I had no idea that the place inside the mall was cheaper. With a membership at SOI, my brow/lip combo go for $14. Inside the mall, $12. WITHOUT the annual membership. I'll be hitting this place up when I'm in the NRH area (sincerest apologies to my threaders at SOI). Couple caveats though: * The chick was slower. I had to wait, like 30 minutes for her to do two people in front of me. I've maybe had to wait at SOI three times, and each time the appropriate unit of measurement was seconds. . * You are going to have the highly personal act of removing your unwanted hair done in public, right in front of all the mall-rats to see. I think that this place has s storefront, but my friend said the "good chick" was out in the mall byway that day.
