If they're on the phone with someone else, it automatically hangs up on you and makes you call again. The first time I tried calling their office, it took 6 tries before I actually got to talk to the receptionist. And let me tell you, she is a character. The receptionist is extremely sarcastic when she talks to you and she cuts you off mid sentence. I've called on two separate occasions and both times have been the same. She may think she's being nice but it's very condescending. According to my husband, Dr. Levy was nice and professional, but wasn't able to help my husband with his health concern and ended up referring him to an out of network rheumatologist (even though we got referred to Dr. Levy through providence), so I had to call back to get the receptionist to fax over the visit notes to a Providence office in order to continue my husband's care. While on the phone with the receptionist, she said "what am I doing with this" and I responded "the visit notes need to be faxed" and she said "I'm not talking to you". So while she's on the phone with me, she's having a side conversation with someone else? I hope she faxed over what I needed so I don't have to attempt to call this office again.

I was plagued with constant runny noses, sore throats as a result of unrelenting post nasal drip, eye infections from watery eyes, and the inability to breathe through my nose from a very early age and for whatever reason, it wasn't until I headed off to college that I decided to take action and find an allergist. I was referred to Dr. Lin from a family friend and went in to have a consultation. Lin is a very sweet guy and has very helpful staff. He was able to answer all of the questions that I had, test and provide results as to what I was allergic to, and get me started on treatment within the span of like two weeks. I started getting shots in June following my senior year of high school and by October or so of my Freshman year of college I noticed significant results. I no longer suffer from almost any of the symptoms that I have dealt with my entire life (except the occasional watery eyes in the spring). I would also like to say that while I was up at school for my freshman year and was unable to go into his office in Orange, his staff was able to ship my medication to a completely different allergist in Los Angeles so that my commute to get treated would be easier and more manageable. Maybe I am a special case where the treatment worked like magic, I really have no idea, but coming to Dr. Lin has been literally life changing and will remain one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life.

They did an extra 8 on the arm due to cat coming back positive After this test, they asked us to come back a few days later for their results when we came back, the doctor said "looks like your son has no allergies you are all good to go" luckily I had a picture showing that my son came back positive for cat allergy and when I told him and showed him the picture, his response was " Oh, the nurse forgot to write it down. I'll go correct it and get you another paper." Imagine if this was peanuts or another type of allergy that could be worse or cost complications on breathing it's unbelievable they make this type of mistakes. When I was about to go, they told me I needed to go back with my son in three weeks to perform a blood test work on cat allergy again, of course I said no thank you I encourage all of you to go to a different clinic for this test especially if you have young children my son went through a lot of pain and all for nothing because they " forgot to write it" I almost forgot to mention since it's more than 100 needles going through my son skin. Obviously my kid felt pain and was crying and attitude that the nurse had was not the proper one as she was making faces because my son wanted to take breaks little did you know my wife was looking at her And when she saw her, she changed her to the little bit. It doesn't change the fact that that was very rude and unprofessional. Do not come here for allergy test. Specially, with young kids.

A few months ago, my friend gifted me a 90 minute Abhyanga Massage ($145 value) and it took me nearly 4 months to finally make my way here. I called to make my reservation with Tina. She was very professional and informative. I provided the gift certificate # and Tina was able to help me apply the gift certificate seamlessly. Since it was my first time experiencing this type of service/massage, Tina also gave me a friendly reminder that this service uses a lot of healing oils for the massage, so it is recommended that I wore clothes that I wouldn't mind oil residue on. Also I was emailed a reservation confirmation with the need to know information for the service. For anyone not familiar with an Abhyanga Massage, this is a full body massage with a generous amount of warm herbal oils that are abundant in antioxidants and adaptogens. This is meant to promote relaxation and rejuvenation. On the day of my service I arrived 15 minutes early to fill out my first time customer forms. Tina was there that day and she offered me water or hot tea. She asked if I needed to use the restroom before my service. Just FYI - the restrooms are disconnected from their suite. For my Abhyanga Massage, I was with Tanaz. She welcomed me back to the room and we had a quick chat about what pressure I would like, if there were any areas I would like extra work on, if there were any areas to avoid, disclosure about the use of oils, and all the usual. I really appreciated her guidance through the whole experience, and most importantly the massage was spectacular. We started off face up and we ended face down. I noticed some use of essential oils on the face to start to set the mood. They use SO MUCH oil here, in a good way. It really helps with the massage strokes and even when the warm oil gets poured onto each body part, it felt extremely relaxing. Tanaz is amazing!! What a treat to experience the Abhyanga Massage! I hear they recently added a 4 hands massage, where you have 2 massage therapists working on you simultaneously! I have never done that before and I would highly consider coming back.
