So I called the office and they had someone call me with results fairly quick. That would be my only complaint. But as far as Dr. Fox goes he's been our PCP for 14 years I trust his judgement and appreciate his outstanding bed side manner and professionalism. Thank you Dr. Fox!! I have seen Dr. Law and the professionals within his office for years and have had a good…read morerelationship w/ this office until recently. It is with great sadness that I can no longer say this. Doctor Law does not adequately manage his staff and they have been allowed to input false and derogatory statements into my medical records. The false statements records are then seen by other health care providers, jeopardizing the quality of the health care that I receive. I noticed this misinformation was included AFTER I complained that one of this doctor's PA's informed me several times that they only allow 15 minutes for each visit, regardless of the fact that I had informed their office of multiple medical issues when making the appointment. I notified Dr. Law of the misinformation and asked for resolution. I also spoke with Saint Joseph Heritage Medical Group customer experience about the issue. I have not received adequate resolution to date. My understanding, from review of HIPAA requirements, is that this office is REQUIRED to provide ACCURATE medical records. Also, they are required to include notes in the existing records if inaccuracies are discovered. Neither of these measures have been provided to date. Unfortunately, my next step will be to file formal complaints with HIPAA and the California Dept. of Managed Health Care.

He sits down and looks you in the eye when you are speaking to him. You know he truly is listening to you and values whatever you tell him about your health! His bedside manner is so comfortable and supportive that I feel free to discuss any concerns I may have without hesitation. In addition, I never have to wait more than a few minutes upon arrival to be called back. Once back in the room, Dr Law usually comes in within 5 minutes. I can be in and out of his office within 30 minutes! What a nice change from my formal doctors where it often took 30 minutes before I even saw the doctor! His office staff is also excellent. They are all so friendly and yet, very professional! I have never had any problems with referrals to specialists or getting a quick appointment. I highly recommend Dr Law, as well as the other doctors in his office. I have been going there for about 5 years now and I am totally satisfied with Dr Law and all aspects of his office.

Might not look like much from the outside but inside, the service is impeccable…read more Driving into the plaza on a 90-degree Monday, I was very confused on where the office was located. I have to check my map 3 times to find where the building was located, also looking at the directional movement of the sun to find my heading (hint: the building is east!). Voila, the building was right in between number 110, and 108, hidden by the staircase and trees. Stepping in, the decor was as expected from the outside as it is in the interior, however, the room did smell nice. I noticed that the office staff had mechanical keyboards and expensive gaming mouses. Cool, I thought. Having owned both as well, it is a godsend for graduate school, research and teaching academic classes online. The assistant got my vitals and was nice. Anna, the receptionist was pleasant throughout and had a rosy demeanor. The man himself, Dr. Kayaleh was a very charismatic physician who has excellent communication skills. He listened to my background, performed heart auscultations as well as listened to my lungs for any signs of asthma along with a visual examination of my throat. He palpated my abdomen for any signs of distension. Again, he was very cheery throughout. After listening to my life, he was very accommodating in terms of setting up appointments considering my circumstances and even recommended what I should do. Walking out of the office, I was blown away by the customer service shown at a healthcare facility which is not at all common, especially from the exterior appearance of where it is located. My mother, a long-term patient of Dr. Babu, spoke to him about my situation and my need to see him. Before she could explain what insurance I had, he said to her, your son needs my help, that is all that matters. Have him call my office and schedule an appointment and I will help him. I went to the appointment. He is a modest man and a man that takes his position seriously. He examined images and examined me. He told me I did not have to worry about anything as everything seemed normal. There is no other way to thank Dr. Babu for his kindness and generosity. He is a man that takes his hippocratic oath seriously and an outstanding physician and person. He is what doctors should be like in our modern day society. I thank him from the bottom of my heart. He brought great relief to me with his news. I am deeply grateful for his generosity, kindness, and willingness to help me.
