The project took about 2-3 months due to black custom cabinetry which took 2 months to receive (attributed to COVID) or the project would've taken a month. The guys came in to provide a no pressure estimate and they weren't priced too high or low which is generally a good sign. I always avoid contractors who provide too cheap a price or shoot for the moon (#GME). All in all, I've asked them for an estimate on my bathrooms after being so impressed with their 1) responsiveness 2) craftsmanship 3) attention to details and lastly 4) honesty As one example, one part of the counter top install there was a slight ridge which the guys noticed. The sub contractors attempt to install countertops wasn't perfect and I could barely tell but Kelvin/Jose held the subcontractor responsible to replace the piece. They removed a wall which wasn't load bearing, but we decided to install a 23' beam to be safe. Installed cabinets, enclosed the refrigerator, moved the sink into the corner and added waterfall countertops to the entire "island" area. Pictures speak for their craftsmanship. Highly recommend Jose and Kelvin for you remodel needs!!

Clearly, the same company still exists! You came out, did a test and said it didn't work anymore, then told us these things usually stop working and have to be replaced and you'd have to buy more lights and reinstall. What?? Seriously? I don't know who you've scammed with that lie in the past, but we're not that stupid. Thats three very serious lies right after we spent over $20K on remodeling. If you try to gas light me again, I'll start dropping images of the entire project showing all the shotty work, our contract, and the text messages where you lied to us saying Jake Premium Renovations went out of business. This was a no-brainer for any company. You could have just adjusted the poorly installed wiring and it would be no big deal. We would have ignored the poor craftsmanship and moved on... but you got greedy. I'm beyond offended by your work ethic. FYI...Your yelp review reply where you denied working for us makes four serious lies. If it goes to five I'm calling the better business bureau, and I will be monitoring this yelp review.

I contacted Noe through the Yelp platform and he responded immediately. He asked intelligent…read morequestions about what needed to be done and was one of the few floor companies to give me a hard number for my project. He came out to my new place and answered all my newbie homeowner questions. I wasn't sure what precisely the scope of the job should be, so Noe kindly wrote up two quotes based on whether we wanted to get the whole house done or just the downstairs where the floors were worst. My husband and I made the decision to go ahead and redo everything and I'm so glad we did! The floors look beautiful! The crew was great too, just kind gentle men. They were able to do our whole place (1375 sqft), sanding and varnishing in 3 days. Before our townhome was dark and ugly and now it seems bright and new. Thank you so much, Noe!!

They educated me in places where DIY went wrong and were patient. The work was done right the first time with little back and forth and the men were very professional. Ray and Sergio were the best! The guys took their time and removed old caulk and materials, leaving me with straight lines, clean caulking and a new chandelier hung in one of the rooms. I am so happy this job didn't take all day and was done with great professionalism that I've already booked more work with them!! Thank you Jay and Sergio for your patience and efforts today!

Reynaldo gave me a call immediately and set up an appointment with me next day. After taking measurements he gave me a fair range and then said he would get back to me with the exact price. We have had many quotes for this door installation and RM Construction was not only a fair and honest price, but the work was done quickly and to perfection! Reynaldo's crew worked very fast and left everything extremely clean. I would highly recommend this company and will be using them again in the future!

When we first used them, they did a shoddy job and had to call and ask them to come back again to fix some trim and molding. They simply glued trim in between our dining room and kitchen and almost immediately it lifted off. Since then, we've had to nail and fix it several times ourselves. I've lived in homes with floating floors before and never had had the issues that we've had with these. The only reason we went with this company is because the previous owner used them to install the kitchen flooring and wanted to match it. (Which they denied that they installed the kitchen floor when I called recently to ask about all the gaps showing up. I have all the historic emails to prove otherwise.)

William is an inexperienced young man that is horrible with replacing gutters. He made things…read moreworst. However, the crew that worked on the roof are hard working, but they removed a lot of the mesh guards from the gutters and there were a couple of spots that needed a little more sealant against the walls. There were some soft spots on the roof in which I suspected that they omitted putting the layer underneath. Although Wiliam replaced the mesh guards a few days later after I inspected the roof when he returned to work on the gutters, the mesh guards installation was very sloppy. The mesh guards are all bent and crumbled all the way across. It was definitely not what I was expecting or how mesh guards are supposed to be installed. It appears to be done by someone attempting to install mesh guards for the first time. William procrastinated on a small gutter replacement and didn't start working on it until the afternoon of the 2nd day of the roof replacement. After starting the work on the gutter, he said that the gutter won't stay in place as is and asked for $400 more. He left the gutter unfinished and hanging loose. He stated that he would be back the following week to work on it. Although he came a few days later to finish the work, I had to make another long drive to the house than needed if he were to have started the work on day 1 of the roof installation. The tenant stated that the gutter work was unprofessionally done by William and upon seeing the pictures that he took, I totally 100% agree. The end opposite the downspout fell off within less than a day after installation. It rained the day after installation and water was going down the kitchen door instead of the downspout. Even if the end had not fallen off, rain would not drained through the downspout as that section is not sloped down towards the downspout.
