When you set up their service they track your flight information and pick you up. Reservations are preferred 48 hours in advance. If the flight is delayed they will make sure they are there to pick you up as soon as you land. And if for some rare event you get there's early they will be there waiting. Love the friendly service I received over the phone and in person with their drivers from door to door. A+ SERVICE. Very rarely will I discuss a nice trip to the airport where I wasn't praying for my life, holding onto the seat belt, and pressing the imaginary break I wish I had below my feet. It wasn't until I took the same cab company from the Beach to the airport and was charged a flat fee of $50 that I realized I had been swindled by my first cab driver. The second driver told me that the ones at the airport do that all the time. They took me way out of the way and charged me more. I was following the route on GPS and didn't really say anything because I assume the cab driver would know better than me. In the future, call ahead and have one from the city come out and pick you up because the ones that are there will screw you over.
