Horrible experience lately, I get a customer, take them to where they want asap. Had a few cancel after trip. This has been a big problem, uber has no one to talk to for help. Talk to a machine, I get only 3 dollars a trip, fontana to la is 4 dollars. Uber needs help. We pay for our own gas, problems with car, all comes out of my pocket. Help the uber drivers,we are not making money, when my wife used them, she knew, give a tip, they are working on a few dollars, this keeps up, report them. Uber lies. Answer a phone. This is a little out of the way from where I live but since it was on the way of where I was going and right off the freeway(91) I figured I'd stop by and see what they've got. Giving 4 stars instead of five because they carry most of what you need but as far as chemical brands only a specific few. Not necessarily a bad thing since the brands they carry are pretty trendy and popular already. Brands consist of mainly p&s, meguairs detailer series, a small sonax selection, full gyeon line, their personal brand "Uber detail", that eagle brand, and a nice selection of griots garage . The two young girls working at the front were VERY helpful and also giving me suggestions on things I needed as I was walking around the store, which is a plus for me for being helpful! Falling into this small detail rabbit hole I grabbed a few items and was on the go again, All in all, pretty great experience and the place was pretty clean including the bathroom!( yes I had to go lol). Pretty decent place and worth a visit if you're nearby! Prices are very fair as well! Purchased a trim restore and cleaner that said it would make surfaces shine like new it was $28.00 and did nothing in fact, armorall workes 10 times better for $7.99 I decided to take back and guess what they don't take returns and I only took about 2 squirts out of the bottle you could not even tell if there was any liquid missing. I don't blame the girl she was very apologetic, so I said I'm stuck with bottle of junk? She said yes and she was sorry. A good business stands behind what they sell and not screw somebody out of hard earned dollars for greed and being shady probably puts $2.00 worth of crap in a spray bottle then sells for $28.00 and it does nothing of what the label says it does, I told the girl tell the owner I will never spend another penny there and I left the $28.00 dollar bottle of crap so he could screw somebody else. Don't go here you will be ripped off they are way too expensive for these products buy them online much better deal. 7-9-25 I will never step foot in this sorry excuse for a business. I've been coming to Uber Detail since they opened their store on Maple. The new location of Grande Ave. is simply beautiful! The store is well organized, items are easy to find, and well stocked. The lighting is nice. Yesterday, I shopped at the store and bought Gyeon Wheel Cleaner, Gyeon Prep, Gyeon Q2 Wax, and stocked up on some quality microfiber cloths. Carlos, the owner, was there and he immediately recognized me. I had some questions, and he answered them quickly and educated me on detailing. I was about to buy additional "wax toppers," but he talked me out of it since the Gyeon Q2 Wax has excellent hydrophobic properties and will last for almost 6 months. While Carlos was ringing me up, he gave me an expected discount and had me signup for their rewards program. Today, I went back to the shop to purchase the Gyeon Wet Coat for my rims, Gyeon Glass Cleaner, and the new iK E Foamer. I was greeted by a young girl, who turned out to be the daughter of Carlos. I love family businesses! She was so knowledgable about the products and gave me a few pointers. I told her I wanted to use my discount code that was texted to me earlier, and she said "oh I got you," and she did! She performed two different transactions to maximize my discounts. One discount for the chemicals, and another unexpected generous discount on the iK Foamer! Like what?! They have a customer for life, and I cannot wait to return because I know I'll be taken care off. The lady working there was super helpful, went in a few min before closing time and she didn't rush me at all. She answered all my questions and was really nice. I bought a pressure washer from this business and the machine gave me problems from the get go, instead of replacing the unit the owner of the business Carlos called somebody to fix the problem on a brand new machine, 3 months after that, another mayor problem; this time the money came out of my pocket, not even a year of use and the unit breaks down for good, even when the oil was being changed every 40 hous of use, Carlos not only did not give the support he promised when I bought the unit but gave me The run around for a couple of weeks before furnishing a proper receipt, he did not picked the phone to offer a reasonable explanation, so to all the yelp readers I say save your time and money and go someplace else, even the detail products he sales at his shop are water down to ridiculous extents... read more

Customer service is always great from either Carlos, the owner, or his wife.
