There are phones that are available to purchase from here but I don't know if its just me, I would rather buy a phone from a phone network shop. I would feel a lot more comfortable buying a phone from say for instance an Orange, T-Mobile shop etc. This is also a shop where you can purchase phone covers and batteries from. So literally this is a phone accessories shop as well. If you do need your phone repairing then you do need to remember to take your sim card out. I will probably not come here if for instance my phone needed repairing. However if I wanted to purchase a battery charger or a phone cover, maybe I would come here. Staff are helpful as I gathered from coming here.

This is another phone store where you can get your mobiles unlocked or repaired. Phone accessories can be purchased along with new and used mobile phones. International calling cards can be brought from Fonez Direct since the shop has links with Lebara. The new mobiles on offer are pretty good and the used mobiles on display are not bad either. Maybe this is a place where you can buy decent phones from. Apart from the phone network stores, there haven't been any other places where I have seen a phone and want to buy it. In this store I have to say there were one or two phones I was tempted to buy. But in the end I didn't. However I was still impressed with the phones on offer here and the staff do know their products inside out. They are there to help.

They sell phones, international calling cards and mobile phone accessories. They also have trained staff that can unblock your phone if it is stuck on a certain network. The problem is that too many off these shops are on our high streets. It would be ok if just a few of them existed, but this is just like the next one and the next one and the next one. For those unfamiliar, it's a bit like Cash Converters but focuses mostly on DVDs, computer games, mobile phones and other small electro-gadgets (iPods etc.) For those unfamiliar with Cash Converters, CeX is basically a great shop rammed full of cheap, pre-owned DVDs etc. There's loads of bargains to be had, such as series (I try not to say 'season', damn Americanisms!) box sets of things like 24 and Family Guy for between £6 and a tenner. I'm pathalogically bad at computer games that came out after Donkey Kong 64, so I couldn't tell you much about what games they've got, but there's a lot of them. The selection of films they stock, considering they're all pre-owned is vast - everything from blockbusters to obscurities. There's also a membership scheme in the form of a small key fob which lets you exchange goods. Before this place there was practically nowhere to buy DVDs in West Brom, certainly nowhere dedicated. Now all it needs is a bookshop and a proper record shop.
