They make sure you get the deal most suited to you and will phone up the mobile company and sometimes negotiate deals. When I first used them two years ago they found that I called my family landline alot which caused me to pay extra and got me free lsndline calls. They always have the latest phones and know the all the possible price plans. This place wins hands down over phone shops as the customer service is personal and they want you as a loyal customer. This year I.m paying less each month with a new handset and a even better deal. I would highly recommend

A possible future gimmick for the Mobile Fone Hospital might be to continue the medical theme to dizzying heights with the staff dressed up as doctors and nurses in medical gear performing mock operations on mobile phones and mobile phone accessories. Sadly this probably isn't going to happen soon but I am happy to report that the Mobile Fone Hospital offer a good service in repairing phones, selling second hand phones and phone accessories. There's a lot of similar businesses to this in the Ladypool Road area - this one's a little smarter than most and have always given me good service whenever I've been in. You might be able to get a cheaper price somewhere else but with things like this you want someone you can trust and I trust these guys. Recommended.

I once required a swipe card and kept on going there to have one after purchasing a mobile phone from there but they kept making excuses to give one, but eventually on another occasion gave one. Unfortunately it was a bad one that needed to be swiped like 5 times for it to function or more painfully for the shop keepers to type in the digits onto their system. It got raided by the police force once for having illegal machines to unblock fones and was shut down for some time. I have checked out an article about it on the bbc website aswel to confirm. Lets hope the reloaded management keep a good reputation and maybe one day call themselves Matrix revolutions. We will wait and see! I was surprised by how big the store was and the number of phone accessories available to buy from here. You can get your phones unlocked and repaired. Phone chargers, calling cards and other phone accessories can be found at this shop. I'm not entirely sure if I would come back but you certainly are spoilt for choice when it comes to looking for phone covers. There were one or two covers that I was tempted to purchase but in the end I didn't. If you are a local and are living in Hockley or the Birmingham area, you might want to come here if you are looking for phone accessories. Prices are not too bad and the products available to buy are at affordable prices.
