Total scammer - reassured me I could bring the phone back within a year if any problems, then when I called because of the replacement screen glitching, aggressively told me I was given no warranty. If I knew this was the case I wouldn't have even handed my phone over - I was very clearly lied to. I'm reporting this 'business' to trading standards as its dealings seem more than suspicious.
