Having read the one star review, I can say that any storage facility you use will not make any guarantees about damage to your belongings except for the liability insurance they hold for building damages incurred from natural disaster. It's too bad his property was damaged from mice but that has nothing to do with this facility and he is unfairly rating the company as a result. As for telephone service, the facility does have someone onsite during regular business hours, but is not sitting by the phone the entire time. Like any single staffed company, if you can't get them on the phone, go see them. 2-3 months of calling seems it isn't important enough to make an in person visit where a prized and valuable asset is being stored. I love the personalized code to get you into the gate and the multiple cameras onsite for additional security measures. All of the buildings are in TOP shape and made with steel 2x4's and trusses. This is one of the best locations and facilities in the area. In addition, A LOT of people store their RV's and boats here. So a lot of people feel their property is safe.

The security is excellent and the place is in perfect shape with excellent maintenance. The big deal for me is the security. The fences are well build and in good repair. The front gate is computer controlled and closes behind each and every vehicle. The storage building are ALL in great shape and clean!! They are lit and have outlets in the unit I'm renting. I personally did not have a good experience with this moving company. They were an hour and a half…read morelate and did not call the notify me. I had to call multiple times the morning of my move after multiple confirmations prior. They told me they had no move prior to me that day and showed up with a rented truck and very few pads to wrap my furniture, which were requested in advance multiple times prior to my move. The owner was the only effective mover. He brought two others workers and I literally ran circles around one of them, as he put his monster energy drink on my antique furniture multiple times. It was very frustrating to watch the crew move my items, bumping into walls, set drinks on my furniture and not wrap my furniture, as requested prior to moving items. I had much better success with the big companies that are local movers. The prices were also better with other moving companies. When they went to close out my transaction at the end of my move, they forgot about my $100 initial deposit as well as miscommunicated the dollar amount giving me multiple prices. I will not use this company again and was not pleased with my experience.
