They did not return my call to amend my complaint and request for a refund. Avoid this business/entire company at all costs! I wonder why their rates are so cheap? I was concerned if they will take the time to explain how to load/unload the car but Cristian was super helpful. He was way past his work hours but took the time to explain things nicely and made sure I was comfortable before driving off. They can get a bit busy but that's ok as they give you excellent service.
