No idea, no replies since they said they are booked after i called for him to confirm, hes mexican/spanish and maybe a language barrier?, but we understood he was coming. We understood he wrote down all the information and noded yes to us, etc. 2nd star is that he was a nice guy, but, not sure what happened and now we are all messed up trying to find other people. Messaging system is full, for days, couldnt get ahold of him, two days no replies to text. Then they are full. Slam dunked us hard really, just not gonna let it get me down. Hopefully it wont get you also.

I got stuck with a camper I did not know anything after my divorce (wife picked it out, but we still owed on the loan and I had to take it in our divorce negotiations.) I pulled that thing into Cloverleaf at least 3 times over the last year, when I had some question, or I found some damage. I was very low on money, at the end of my rope, and these guys came through for me again and again. They found a bunch of problems, answered all my questions, even did several simple repairs, and they didn't ever send me a bill. They just wanted to help me and build customer loyalty. After dealing with them, I made my parents promise that if they ever bought an RV they'd get it from Cloverleaf. I wish I could do more for them! They know what they're doing, and they were on my side. I am really stunned to see some negative reviews on here. That was not my experience at all. I frankly don't believe them.

Especially the last one. They have cameras on both gates but convenient, they only save 8 days worth of video. Sounds sketchy to me. I will find the truth. Their experience really showed as they packed quickly but extremely well. Plenty of packing was used to keep our property safe during the across town move. Everyone worked so well together. Cory, Cody, Bert and Chris were super helpful and friendly. They were always so willing to please, and to make sure we were satisfied. After two days to complete our larger than usual move the price was well within the quoted price for the job. We saved loads of money over the other movers in town. I personally did not have a good experience with this moving company. They were an hour and a half…read morelate and did not call the notify me. I had to call multiple times the morning of my move after multiple confirmations prior. They told me they had no move prior to me that day and showed up with a rented truck and very few pads to wrap my furniture, which were requested in advance multiple times prior to my move. The owner was the only effective mover. He brought two others workers and I literally ran circles around one of them, as he put his monster energy drink on my antique furniture multiple times. It was very frustrating to watch the crew move my items, bumping into walls, set drinks on my furniture and not wrap my furniture, as requested prior to moving items. I had much better success with the big companies that are local movers. The prices were also better with other moving companies. When they went to close out my transaction at the end of my move, they forgot about my $100 initial deposit as well as miscommunicated the dollar amount giving me multiple prices. I will not use this company again and was not pleased with my experience.

They were prompt, professional, and polite. They packed most of the items and wrapped the furniture. From packing and loading the truck to unloading: a little over 48 hours. This is the only move I've experienced where nothing was damaged or broken. Nothing. Most importantly, they were very kind and patient with mom. I recommend them without hesitation and have given their info to mom's neighbors for when it's their time to move and I'd definitely them again.

They asked each time where the boxes went, and when they left, none of the boxes where in the right spots. I could go on and on about how bad this was. It really seemed like they did this on purpose, walking slow, didnt show up even with 1 dolly, we spoke about using dollies for heavy boxes, real heavy. They show up and didnt want to move them, because they had no dollies? A moving company with no dollies? They showed up almost 6 hours early and wondered why we are not ready. etc. The group of children we got, basically got paid huge to do very little. 1 guy spent an hour taking apart a couch that didnt even need to, and he argued that point for 10 mins. He also needed 2 others help to do this. We got it in through this hall with out taking apart, weve have never had to take it apart. He takes it apart anyway. (that was 200 dollars). They gave a discount, but really, they moved about 25% stuff compared to the last guys we used, moved almost all our stuff in the same time frame. This was just real bad service from people who really didnt know how to move or pack at all, some of them looked like they was 16. Making fun of us around the corner, talking on the phone, using phones while working, etc. We ended up having to move most all of our heavy boxes that we hired them to do. I caught one guy taking out a broom, he was gonna carry a broom the whole way to the truck. We hired you to lift and move the large boxes... i say... he kept walking and i had to grab it from his hand and tell him again, NO. This is not a heavy box.... I assume they sent newbies but really, we could have done it all ourselves better and faster. We should have. This time. Hopefully they hire people who actually care... We got a bunch of kids who cant read or write it seems?
