The website is loaded with information - almost too much information. I ordered $200 worth of pesticide and equipment that was recommended as necessary, just to find out afterward during a text chat that I could have gotten the job done better with another piece of equipment and less product, and that wasn't mentioned on their website. That meant I needed to send back part of my order (on my dime), and order something else. The pesticide I ordered seems to be working okay so far. The equipment I bought is another story. The "Power injector" has a loose-fitting, flimsy, problematic handle attachment that allows the interchangeable nozzles to slowly turn to the side, spraying the inside of the handle instead of straight ahead. I have to check the nozzle constantly and move it back so it will spray straight. Customer service was okay initially, but they got tired of my questions and stopped responding to me. Further, they were condescending, rude, insulting, and just downright nasty when they did reply -- and they never did actually answer my question! So beware when dealing with them; they have good pesticides, but terrible people skills. The 3 stars are for the pesticide. Their customer service isn't worth 1 star as far as I'm concerned because they've deemed me not worth their time. read more

I looked online to find site that sold a trap i needed, i found uspray.. looked legit.. yes was in a different country but it didnt matter... I make the purchase, even paying the 40$ shipping fee( for glue on a paper?)...within 3 hours of making the purchase i receive an email that my product is on its way and will be here within a few hours... a few hours go by and i get a second email stating its in my mailbox and ty for my buisiness.... nothing way in my mailbox.. so i went onto their website to fins am email or a phone number to verify this was them... there is only a 1800 number FOR AMERICANS.. and if you are international there is only FAQ... i called the 1800 number 5 times with no answer.. then i thought about it... maybe they released my info to a third party site.. so i went onto paypal to get my money refunded for the item i never received and couldnt contact about.... i log on today and there is a reply telling me that i am dishonest an just want the product and my money refunded... as if you would blame the customer for somthing that is on them????clearly this third party site had my full details, name/address/item purchased.. i didnt click on anything other than their site and the paypal link on their site to purchase....also i didnt ask for the item and my refund, i wanted an answer why my info was released or i wanted my money.... I will be making sure everyone i know, knows how they treat customers and issues that arise with them.! no matter if their products are good and work.... their customer service is SHIT! read more

Summer in the South = bugs. Recent summers in the South = a lot of bugs... bugs you haven't seen before... bugs that are reaching new heights of population numbers. Climate change is real and we're experiencing it to alarming degrees.* A by-product of the temps is juicy conditions for all manner of bugs to plague your yard and home. So... yeah. Bugs. This year, people throughout my neighborhood** have been complaining about spiders, ants and springtails. The first two I knew (and hadn't seen). The last one, I hadn't heard of (and had started to see). Evidently, springtails are all around us, deep in the dirt. When conditions change such that their populations explode, they become a problem. They migrate looking for a new home. If you have a home, that means 'inside.' And that means, 'no.' After seeing some weird-looking mirco bugs on my window sill, I took to the internet to find out what was going on. That spiraled into some very dark places but along the journey, I discovered U-Spray. They have a blog which sheds light on all sorts of pest problems -- what they are, how to identify and how to solve them. Not only was I impressed with the breadth of knowledge they doled out, I couldn't believe their patience at answering the same question over and over again because people have, evidently, lost the ability to read words and process information. But beyond the information and patience, I was floored to absorb it all for free. No paywalls. No subscriptions. No 'click here for more info.' Just the free dissemination of information, the way the internet was supposed to be. So, after finding out what these evil pests were and how to treat them, how could I not buy their products? After all, U-Spray had given me the tools to solve my issue. How crappy would it have been to take that and run? No. I was going to support them by buying their products. Someone else doing so enabled them to create a blog that helped me. You gotta pay it forward. So, I called the 1-800 number, spoke with a tech, dug a little deeper into which products I needed, ordered, and had my goods within two days. Admittedly, I brought a gun to a knife fight but I don't mess around with bugs. They recommended a 3-pronged attack and I followed it to a tee. After one round, my problem is all but gone. I'm going to follow the regimen all summer long, though. I don't want to take a chance at a comeback. The products were a little on the high side but the knowledge was free and very detailed. It all balances out. Bugs are gross. Knowledge is key. Support the little guy. *I didn't mean that. **Gotta love social media. read more

David is an absolute God send! Not only is he super friendly and courteous but he is very knowledgeable about pest control. He could have just sold me the most expensive product that he had but instead he listened to my issue and then suggested the best product. I have used U-Spray as the primary place for all of my pest control needs for years. The staff is extremely knowledgeable. I will often ask them what product is best for a particular pest. They give extremely detailed instructions. For example when faced with a flea infestation in an unfinished basement, they told me what products to use and when to kill both the adult fleas and the larva in every stage of the life cycle. I followed their instructions to the letter and that did the job after several failed attempts with bombs, fogs, sprays, sweeping and painting the area. They have a wide variety of pest control products from traps to chemicals to sprayers. I also bought an owl house there recently. A squirrel has taken up residence in it for now. We are hoping a barred owl will move in soon. These guys know their stuff. If you aren't sure what to do, stop here before you spend a lot of money and pump lots of unnecessary chemicals into your home. read more

Ordered their Trombone sprayer. Arrived but the sprayer was defective from the start and never worked. They asked me to send it back for a refund with tracking which costs extra. I finally got my refund for theit defective product but they refused to refund me the shipping that was required for my refund. Now I am out money for trusting their equipment. I have always used U Spray over the last 22 yrs that I have lived in Georgia and they have ALWAYS shown to be experts and helped me with every need and today was no different!!! I have taken in a dog for a friend while she was out of the country and this little pom was infested with fleas.. oh my gosh,..my whole house and kitties and dogs.. what a mess!!! I called and asked about what to do, I love how they have such confidence in giving help and I ran there as fast as I could to pick up products for inside and out!!! DO NOT HESITATE TO CALL THEM FOR HELP!! the Traps I bought years ago were the best and everyone I know borrows them.. they have worked very well. Everything I have gone there for was excellent!! I bought some cinch traps from these guys through their website bugspray.com. I farm on the west coast and trap about 400 gophers a year. Bugspray had the best price on "Cinch" brand traps so I ordered 10. When they arrived I found out why they were cheap -- MADE IN CHINA, not the US. When it comes to traps it's all about good quality steel. I complained right away and sent the traps back. It took some arm-twisting, but they said they would reimburse my shipping. That's the last I ever heard from them. No new taps, no reimbursement. And I'm out $100. My conclusion: this company 1) misrepresents its products and 2) doesn't even make an effort to keep its customers happy. read more
