I commend them for that because I know I could never do so. BUT in terms of curtsy they are severely lacking. I moved to a new apartment in August. I have been receiving the previous tenements mail for months. I tried everything they said online (put a note in the mailbox, call the Post Office, mail back the mail with "return to sender" "wrong address", and more) and I still am receiving her mail. She moved out of the country so there is nothing I can do. Okay. Understandable. Annoying, but I get it. What frustrates me is this week I have had two packages not delivered. One was personalized wedding invitations and the other was something I needed for work. Again, things get lost, not too attached to the items I just need them eventually. But when I talked to a woman at this location she continued to tell me it was my fault. I don't have my name on the mailbox. I persisted that I did and she continued to lecture and raise her tone that I did not have my name on the mailbox. I politely told her that maybe I was wrong and asked if there was anything I could do to make sure I am receiving my mail in the future in addition to the name. And she continued to make me feel like an idiot. I drove straight home to find my name on my mailbox! From now on I won't be able to send my mail to my own address for fear of losing it. Like what is the convenience of door to door shipping if I have to send all of my packages to work or get a P.O. Box? If the woman working at this location had been kind and understanding and still communicated that there was nothing she could do I would have given this experience 4 stars. But because she continued to berate me under the impression that I must be a naive young adult this review gets 2 stars for lack of good customer service. Note: I did not attach my photo proof of my name in my mailbox for privacy. But right after our encounter I took a huge pink note card and wrote my name largely on it and stuck it on my mailbox... and took a picture so I can send it when they tell me my name is not on it.

I had not seen a bike rack and can't afford to have my bike stolen, that's why I kept it with me. I asked her if there was a place to secure my bike, she said no. There was zero issue with me having my bike, it wasn't dirtying the floor or hitting anything or anyone, it's also pretty small. I was denied services for having a bike which seems pretty ridiculous when there's no place to secure it outside. Feels classist. Based on the reviews you guys can't afford to turn away customers, especially over someone's perceived class status.

I really have to mention her because she is one of the most beautiful people I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. There is something about her that is so soothing. I'm almost sure it's her voice. She is not needlessly bubbly-- just genuinely a good soul. She is so kind, knowledgeable, and endlessly patient with students (sending snail mail is this campus' most arcane field). I have never once detected a note of irritation in her voice. She answers any all questions clearly. And she makes sure that the office is running without chaos. I'm contemplating sending needless mail because she always brightens my day. I always wonder about her friends and family because they are some lucky folk to have her in their lives. Definitely go here over the post office on Green. That one's nice too, but this in a different league.

One employee there grunts, and complains about everything to the customers. He is unbelievable slow and rude. He actually threw the package down on the counter. Other employees have mentioned this employee, problems and complaints but, yet nothing is done. I do my best to avoid UPS at this location. A second employee is fast and courteous and a delight to work with. I have asked many of the shippers I work with to utilize Fedex instead of UPS.
