Today, a young lady unpacked every item in the 6 boxes I brought and said I need to take the boxes back with me. I explained to her I got yelled at last time for not having a box so I always bring my item back in one now and she continued to be rude and unpackaged my items. Horrible service almost every time I've been here. Not I have all these boxes broken up having to carry them to my car by myself. People like this should not be in customer service. Will look for another drop off location and I hope you do the same.

The Champaign post office Distribution Center is ABSOLUTELY THE WORST on miss-sending packages to…read morethe wrong postal districts!!! I mean it...not once, not twice, not even three times have they messed up....this makes over 5 times for me! I called the post office in MOMENCE, IL to see if my package was there, and sure enough....my package is sitting there. What's amazing, the nice postal worker in Momence told me this is a daily thing with miss-sent packages from Champaign Il post office being sent to them. One time Champaign told me they were understaffed...POOR EXCUSE! DO YOUR JOB, AND DO IT CORRECTLY! It's not that hard, and doesn't take a genius to figure it out. You get paid a very decent wage.....Do your job correctly, earn your wage!

62704 beware. I'd give zero stars if I could. My package delivery man (different from the regular…read moremail), delivered three packages to my home the other evening at 7:45pm. He must have been tired because he threw all my packages to my door. Apparently he couldn't be bothered to walk the extra 3-4 feet, lean forward, and place them on my porch. Most irritating was my third package, that he literally THREW from the sidewalk, despite the fact that it had large red "fragile" stickers on literally every side of the box. Really pissed me off. I understand being tired. It was almost 8pm, he probably had a long day. But how about some common courtesy? How about next time just put it off until the next day? What would he have to say if he watched this happen to one of his packages? I bet he'd feel some type of way. It's all on video too. The next day I went to three locations to make a complaint. When I got to the third location (Wabash), which was the correct location to make the complaint, the supervisor couldn't be bothered to walk out and speak with me at the counter. Instead she had the employee give me a sticky note with her email address. After my third email to her, I finally got a half-a$$ response. Smh. Tried to post video for you guys (it's really something to see), but yelp doesn't allow video. So here is a screenshot of him throwing my FRAGILE package. Damn shame, huh? Made a formal complaint with USPS, but never heard back about that.

I really have to mention her because she is one of the most beautiful people I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. There is something about her that is so soothing. I'm almost sure it's her voice. She is not needlessly bubbly-- just genuinely a good soul. She is so kind, knowledgeable, and endlessly patient with students (sending snail mail is this campus' most arcane field). I have never once detected a note of irritation in her voice. She answers any all questions clearly. And she makes sure that the office is running without chaos. I'm contemplating sending needless mail because she always brightens my day. I always wonder about her friends and family because they are some lucky folk to have her in their lives. Definitely go here over the post office on Green. That one's nice too, but this in a different league.

One employee there grunts, and complains about everything to the customers. He is unbelievable slow and rude. He actually threw the package down on the counter. Other employees have mentioned this employee, problems and complaints but, yet nothing is done. I do my best to avoid UPS at this location. A second employee is fast and courteous and a delight to work with. I have asked many of the shippers I work with to utilize Fedex instead of UPS.
