Due to the fees to see a teller they used to charge, I'm largely an ATM girl. The only time I've graced the tellers with my presence was for new debit card holders, new checks (yes, I still write those) and to close an account. The service is ok. Occasionally condescending when encouraged not to close an account. Otherwise, the tellers all smile and seem to have a great sense of humor considering the potential danger. There are guards, but there have been a few robberies =/ (R.I.P. Officer Capoot) Otherwise, I'm here often and if all you need is quick access to cash- this will do.

And the lady told me they ran out of quarters and they wouldn't have any til Friday. I told the lady as I was leaving very politely that they should put a sign up stating they dont have change for the customers so that they know before waiting in line. The lady rudely said its not her problem you can tell that to the manager. Errrrrr.... I went to the Sonoma location and they were baffled that a bank doesn't have change. He looked at me in disbelief like I was pulling his leg after I told him what happened. Lady was either lazy to go get change, had an attitude problem, or didn't know what she was doing. I've been going to this Wells Fargo for over two years now. It's located at a corner which makes it…read moreeasy to get to especially since that road can be pretty busy. However, it is hard to get out due to the fact of how busy that area is. The bankers are friendly and professional. They usually have 4-5 available tellers which is great given how busy this branch is. So the wait won't take too long. They also have 4 atm machines outside for your after hours money biddness. The main reason why I go to this particular location is you are able to withdraw a big amount of cash. Compared to other locations, you would have to call in beforehand. Probably because this is the only Well Fargo in Vallejo that has their own building and not inside a Safeway, Raleys, etc. Do I recommend this bank? Answer: Suuuure. #roadtoelite

She really went out of her way to deny me service, to deny my DEPOSIT. This "manager" is absolutely not customer service-oriented. Standards are hitting new lows. Considering a new bank. Every time I visit, the staff has been consistently nice, and this visit was no different. The branch has a comfortable setup with couches available while you wait, which I appreciate. They also had music playing in the background, which was a nice touch for those who don't have their AirPods in it made the wait feel a little more relaxed. I noticed one teller had a sign that said they were in training, but everything still moved smoothly. The security guard even opened the door, which was a nice touch. The teller who helped me with my transaction was friendly and made the experience easy. Overall, it's always been a solid and reliable place for my banking.

The decor and furnishings are dated. The windows appear all foggy or dirty as if they haven't been cleaned in years. Maybe they're designed to be like that. Chase ATMs are the slowest I've used. They take forever to "think" and too many transaction steps, about double TD Bank or Wells Fargo. Teller line can get long and the bank seems short staffed. The only thing I like about this branch is the enclosure for two ATM machines since some branches only have one. After hours you need a card to get inside, or tailgate someone. The last time I used it when the inside was closed, a grungy vagabond with his belongings was sitting inside cooling off.

The first said she would "submit a repair request" - still nothing happened. The second told me there was nothing on my record about it and she'd never heard of such a thing. I tried to make a deposit with her and she screwed that up by trying to deposit my cash into someone else's account apparently by accident. I caught the issue when she asked me to sign and I noticed the account number wasn't mine. The third person I spoke with told me it was clearly my card that was the problem not their ATM and they couldn't help me. He told me to call the number on the back of the card. I called Chase and they told me there was nothing wrong with my card and to just go to a different ATM. The ATM machines in Napa work perfectly fine with my card so I go there now.
