Everyone is so kind, patient and makes sure I am not needing help with any other transactions before I leave. It typically takes them longer for my deposits because it's not my bank. They still are patient! They also do events and they are loads of fun. The last one I attended had bounce houses, face painting and a balloon artist! If you're not banking with them, their service alone is phenomenal I can't imagine how much nicer you'd be treated actually banking with them!

After years of being nickel and dime with various charges by banks I thought I would try a credit union. Everything is different. I get called when I go on vacation or buy something over the internet. So not only do I not get weird fees from the credit union- I feel they have my back with other businesses.

I had been using the lock on the card but It's always a problem with accessing it. The system is down way too much for my comfort recently. It's horrible not being able to access your money! If it isn't locked then my account is getting hacked but if it's locked there is no guarantee I can unlock it when I need it. So unreliable. They need to increase their security measures and improve their tech!
