Skip this branch and visit a different PNC location. Multiple visits at this branch with lack luster service at best.

Ok, we know "what's in your wallet?"…read more These little cafes are too cool! They are definitely a must when you're traveling. You can get some coffee with deep cut discounts because you carry a Capital One card. You have to pay for your coffee purchase with that card. Now if you're not a member make sure and sign up? These cafes are for all people's! They offer great little nooks to get away and get some coffee and air. On our journey we stopped in just to see and have some coffee. Fabulous service! The coffee the best! They offer seasonal drinks too ! It's a quaint place and blend . Credit cards and coffee shops, we are odd! They offer free offers in store and other various options for planting trees for your garden and community. We will see how they grow when we get to our new home . Thank you for the best coffee here today and kindness! We know that's which is our wallet.

Did not realize there was a Capital One cafe inside West County Mall, granted this is not somewhere…read moreI frequent but it was good to know that it was here. Concept is interesting - part cafe, part bank, part workspace, part bank. The space is modern and clean, and set up perfectly if you want to sit and get work done. Lots of seating and outlets with free wifi. I didn't get to try the coffee and got the matcha instead which was pretty refreshing. The menu also included light food options like sandwiches and pastries which are convenient if you want something quick. Another big perk is you get 50% off drinks if you have a Capital One or Discover card which makes it a much better value and a reason to come back.

I have been dealing with this bank for over 20 years...and today with the issues getting employees…read morethey (with very little help) are always friendly, fast and just wonderful. Even the one named Demanda. She is the best! Don't go to any other bank. The always give me extra money back! (Don't believe everything you read on the internet). You have to sort through it!

I believe I have just met the most rude teller in my life. I think he said his name was Syngin. I…read morecouldn't hear him with his monotone mumbling. I walked in and he said welcome to regions what can I help you with. I told him I had "A" (singular) deposit and needed some change. He opens up my deposit bag and sighs (literally sighed in my face) this is all jumbled up I will have to figure it out as if I am putting him out. I told him there was "A" chg order with a post it note with a per lip on it and pull that out and the rest is "one" deposit. He sighs again in my face. Bunches everything together and mumbles something else. He can't figure it out. There was one check that was an issue. By this time I am angry because of the way I am being treated. And mind you my account there is NOT a small amt. I told him put the deposit back in the bag. So he puts everything back in the bag including my change order. What a waste of a trip. Mind you this is not the first time I have gotten him and been treated this way, plus he is SUPER slow. I will be calling the branch manager he truly needs to learn customer service.
